The Blue Bungalow by Unity Park is a newly renovated 2/2 bungalow from the 50's with a Mid-Century Modern feel. Located just 5 min. from downtown by car and 2000 feet from the Reedy River, Swamp Rabbit Trail, and Greenville's newest park, Unity Park. A short walk on the trial brings one to a food hall and breweries.
2 queen beds, 2 full baths with full kitchen and living room. 2 smart tv's for logging into your favorite streaming services. I also have this listed on Airbnb

We had a great time! This is the perfect location and close to downtown. We had a minor issue and the owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the bungalow on Christmas Eve after 6:00 PM following a 2Âœ-hour drive, expecting a clean and comfortable place to settle in for the holiday. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the bungalow was not in acceptable condition and had clearly not been properly cleaned.I contacted the owner immediately and was informed that someone would be sent. A cleaner did arrive and worked for approximately two hours. While the cleaning was eventually done properly, this occurred well after our arrival and significantly delayed our ability to settle in and relax.Given that it was Christmas Eve and we had already traveled a long distance, we had no realistic alternative lodging options. Instead of enjoying the evening as planned, we were forced to leave the property and spend time out. While we chose to make the best of the situation and still enjoyed time together, the experience disrupted our holiday plans and added unnecessary stress.The cleaning fee was refunded and 50 was provided toward food, which was acknowledged; however, when divided among three adults on a major holiday, it did not adequately reflect the inconvenience experienced.Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any rental. While communication occurred and the issue was eventually addressed, the condition of the property at check-in fell short of what was advertised and expected—especially for a holiday stay.

The Bungalow was so clean, tidy, and full of all the amenities you need to enjoy an extended stay in Greenville. It was in a perfect location and our host promptly responded to any inquiries. We loved our stay!

Extremely clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. It was a short walk (maybe 1/3 mile) to the Swamp Rabbit trail which leads into town and the Liberty Bridge. I walked the trial one way or the other every day( highly recommend!) Richard was extremely responsive and helpful with suggestions or directions. Neighborhood is somewhat run-down but turning. I felt safe walking alone to the path during the day.

The house was beautiful and nicely decorated. The neighborhood seemed sketchy but in all honesty it is just a neighborhood of older homes. Met the neighbors across the street and they were really friendly. In fact, we gave her our leftover unopened food. Hate to waste. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

My only gripe is the 5 a wash. I was there a week and needed more than one wash. Also extra wash cloths and towels.

Nicely furnished 2 bed/bath

The Blue Bungalow was great! The neighborhood is a bit different, but all the neighbors seemed to be friendly. We liked the pull through driveway. The open concept is nice and comfortable. The beds are memory foam, which for me and my wife were not the most comfortable. Convenient location to all the Upcountry.

Cute Bungalow

This is our second stay at this cute house. I love the location near Unity Park and the bike trail. The house is perfect for a weekend getaway & I will definitely be back.

Loved the Blue Bungalow - Highly Recommend - VERY CLEAN

Very comfortable and VERY CLEAN - great decor - kitchen had everything we needed - enjoyed coming into town and staying near Unity Park - great spot - sat on the front porch a couple evenings - very quiet neighborhood - close to everything we needed. Everything renovated to be top notch! Bed was comfortable and beautiful shower - nice offstreet parking. *highly recommend* Will come again. Thank you.

I chose to buy this property due to it's proximity to downtown Greenville, the Swamp Rabbit Trail (SRT), and the city's newest park, Unity Park. The neighborhood is an up and coming area, but I have had only good relations with my neighbors. My wife and I have frequently run and walked from the house to the SRT just like any other neighborhood.
