Amazing stay

We had a group of skiers stay. The location is amazing. The house is so comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was wonderfully well stocked. We were able to make large meals for a group. The hot tub was fantastic!

Lovely well equipped home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious home, with things to do that our grandsons had so much fun with, and space for everyone to be together. We played games, did a puzzle, rode bikes, swam, and the kids did the climbing wall. Black Butte never disappoints!

We don’t want to leave!

This Black Butte home was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, with ample living and dining spaces. We also enjoyed the outdoor space and hot tub. We plan to come back to this home when we visit central Oregon again.

Lovely family vacation

We've stayed in BBR several times, and this was likely one of our favorite houses for our family. There is a great separation of space for adults and kids, plenty of room to relax, and lots of natural light. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of open space between the houses. The house itself is clean and well-appointed. We would definitely come back again!

Great family getaway spot

Some rentals wind up seeming old, dated, and not especially clean. Not this home. From the Smart TV to nice appliances, the hot tub, foosball, shuffleboard, and many games, this home has all you'll want for a great family getaway. Definitely recommend and will want to stay here again.

Perfect Comfortable Family Vacation Home

The home layout was very comfortable for our multi-generational family. It is a very well equipped home. The cornhole, foosball and shuffleboard games kept us very entertained. The hot tub was perfect place to unwind at end of day. Arrived was always prompt and professional answering my questions. We enjoyed the welcome gift! We would stay here again,

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed the home, it was well stocked and the furnishes were quality, the neighborhood is quiet and the home is about 10 minutes from the gates. The only downside was that the deck needs to be refinished (my toddler got a huge splinter). But otherwise top notch, and we would definitely stay again.

Spacious, well stocked home for 2 families

We had a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked. We were informed that the stovetop and master bedroom fireplace were not working on the day of check-in, but were refunded a portion of our rent for the inconvenience. House was clean and communication with the management company was prompt and they accommodated an early check-in which was helpful. Would definitely come back.

Comfortable Home

This is a beautiful home with lots of room. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and only 15 mins from the mountain for skiing. Had a problem with the heater and the property manager responded right away and let us know where to find portable heaters and had someone come out the next day. Was a great experience and look forward to returning in the summer months.

Easy peasy

Wonderful and spacious home! Fully stocked with all gadgets. The beds are super comfy. Quick bike ride to the snack shack and driving range. We were surprised by a per person registration fee at the front office (perhaps we missed it in the property description). But other than that, it was awesome!

A great house at Black Butte Ranch

We stayed at this property for a family Christmas trip and really enjoyed the house. Pros: comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen (we cooked and baked a lot), two dining areas so we could play games / do puzzles on one and eat on the other, hot tub was working and nice. Everything was clean except for a few very minor things that were addressed right away. When we needed more kitchen towels they were brought by maintenance the next morning. We later found a large pile of them in a cabinet in the storage area.

Love this house!

We stayed in this lovely house for 6 nights. When we arrived and saw how nice it is and how big it is we immediately wished we had friends joining us! We only used the main floor which is laid out really well. The living room is great for relaxing and watching movies. The dining room is huge and the wet bar and beverage fridge are a nice touch. The kitchen is very open and well equipped. They even include some spices and saran wrap and things you don't always find at rental homes. The main bed is super comfortable, linens are nice, and the work space near the kitchen was super convenient for us. The hot tub on the deck is excellent too. We hated to leave!

Quality home with nice furnishings and well outfitted kitchen.

Very positive experience, appreciate the home allowing our dog to stay with us. We have vacationed in a variety of homes on the ranch for 20+years. This is the nicest home we've rented, a reasonable price for the value. The Ranch continues to update and improve its amenities and services.

Very nice home in a great location

Beautiful home in a forested resort setting. The large lot sits on a cul-de-sac, providing plenty of privacy. High quality furnishings throughout, stocked with about everything, and more, than we have in our own home. The resort is amazing with a wide range of activities for adults and kids. We will definitely be back!
