The condo was in the very perfect location for our trip. We walked to lunch, coffee, rooftop football watching, a rehearsal dinner, shopping, and the fabulous Farmers Market. Highly recommend this condo!

This is a beautiful townhome in a perfect location! You look out on trees and a stream in the back and yet are walking distance to everything in town. We can’t rave about it enough. It was perfect for us…including the a/c which kept us cool when it got hot outside. Great place!

Great stay in Steamboat

This was the perfect place to stay in Steamboat. Excellent location, walkable to all the best restaurants (you MUST go to Laundry), as well as fun shops. The condo itself was exactly as advertised. It was VERY clean and had anything you needed. You could tell it has been very well taken care of. Check in/out was extremely easy. Margaret was very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend this condo to everyone. We will definitely stay here again!

Oh no! So sorry you found the Alpen Glow Row #5 noisy. It is in a terrific downtown location however that does come along with some downtown noise/activity. Hope we can help you find a quieter location for your next trip to Steamboat!

We had an excellent stay at Alpen Glow Row. The location is outstanding—just a short walk to downtown restaurants and shops, which made everything incredibly convenient. The property was comfortable and well-appointed, and it made for a perfect home base in Steamboat. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

Location was ideal, everything is right outside our door including the farmers market and short walk to the rodeo. Condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Summer in the Mountains

Property is just as described and a great location. Shops, restaurants, bars, & river are all within blocks. Communication was fast & easy with management co. Would stay again.

Excellent downtown location!!! Walk to restaurants, Rodeo, river, Main Street shops, Core Trail, Saturday street market, etc.View of the creek from the main living area.Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were VERY comfortable and I stayed there for a month!I didn’t use the fireplace because July was a very warm month. I greatly appreciated the A/C.There were lots of stairs so Im not sure that would work for small children. It was nice to have the bedrooms separated by two floors. Ideal for 2 couples or family with older kids.It was nice to have a garage but a car is not really needed in this location.I had a couple of questions for the management and they responded right away. I was super impressed with that. I had neighbors on each side of me and never really heard them.I was told there may be construction very near. I heard it a couple of times but it was infrequent and really never too bad. And I was there for an entire month. I would recommend this place. I was sad to leave.
