This newly renovated shore house sleeps 6-8 guests and is only 2 blocks from the Bay. Just a short walk to the beach to relax and enjoy the best sunsets! 5 minutes to Cape May Lewes ferry, 15 minutes to historic Cape May, and 20 minutes to Wildwood!! Located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood where you can take long walks or visit local seafood and ice cream amenities! Backyard fencing with privacy!

Good stay had a few hiccups but they were resolved in a timely manner. We took advantage of the beach that was a 5 minute walk the sunsets were amazing there and the kids enjoyed looking for the unique rocks.

Love the Villas where we used to live. Friendly neighborhood, not a bad walk to the bay with a nice path out. House was perfect for the 6 of us with a fenced back yard. Keep in mind that the twin beds is a twin and a trundle. The bunk beds are doubles which was nice and also had a trundle bed. The sunsets are wonderful, eat dinner and walk to the bay.

Great House!

We had a really great stay at this property. It was beautifully decorated, plenty of space and the owner was super responsive to my questions
we will definitely look to stay here again next summer!

Great, quiet neighborhood

The house turned out to be more spacious than we expected for our group of four, featuring a generously sized living room and a full dining table. The backyard was also a great bonus, especially for families with children as it offered more space than many neighboring homes. Check-in was smooth, and the property owner was quick to respond to any messages.Location is okay depending on what you’re in the area for.The only minor drawback was the lack of a washer and dryer (though we already knew this based on the listing).

Nice house close to quiet beach

Nice neighborhood, quick walk to quiet beach. Close to downtown Cape May and good restaurants. House was updated and nice, I gave it a quick clean up when we arrived (crumbs on counter and floor in kitchen, dust balls and hair in corners of bedroom). Happy we brought our own bedroom pillows. Owner was super responsive when the shower curtain broke, he replaced it right away. It was a nice stay.

Decent place to stay if you don't mind a warm house.

Only real complaint is that you don’t have control over the thermostat! And its preset to 75 degrees! I had to contact the owner everyday to have it turned down, because they control it with their phone. I Asked for the temp to be put down to 72 degrees, and they only gave me 73. I really wanted 68 degrees. So if you don't mind a warm house this place is for you. Overall the house is a real nice cute little house, but honestly for the money i feel like i should be aloud to control what i like to sleep at temp wise in the house. If i knew it was set to 75 degrees and i would have to bug every time i needed some cool air i would not of booked this place.

Acceptable, nice neighborhood and beach

The experience was decent. House smelled of pets and moth balls, which triggered our allergies and asthma. We rented specifically because the listing said no pets, but the note inside the house said no pets allowed on furniture. We cleaned when we arrived because there were ants all over the kitchen counter. We had to bag up any open food to ensure cleanliness; thankfully we brought ziplock baggies. An outlet was exposed in the dining room and the linen closet door in the hall was not fully attached. We had to keep our young kids away from those things. The shower curtain and tension rod fell off, almost on my wife, who didn’t even touch the curtain - it didn’t cause any injuries but it would have if it fell on a child. The house is two very long blocks from a shaded walkway to a nice, peaceful, secluded beach. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Homeowner was very responsive.

Fantastic location for the price

We had a great time! I actually was surprised at how great the location was, as we could walk 2 blocks down to a shady little path and access to a beautiful secluded beach on the bay. My kids loved it there and we felt safe with fewer waves/currents than on the Atlantic side. Just a 15 minute drive into town for restaurants and shopping, which was just fine for us. The house was overall very nice and the perfect size for our family of 4. And Shauna was pretty available before our stay and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. We LOVED the outdoor shower. A few drawbacks: -dangerous situation with the bunk bed right next to the ceiling fan; my toddler could climb right up there, turn on the fan himself, and then potentially stick his head right in! For this reason we didn't allow him to sleep on the top bunk although it otherwise would have been fun. -ant problem in the kitchen -closet door completely broken off -cleaning could have been more thorough; was really dirty/dusty under the beds -although sheets were provided, they weren't put on the beds for some reason so we had to make up the beds ourselves and also strip them down (maybe that's normal and people might not care, but just FYI)

Perfect home base for enjoying Cape May

Clean, comfortable home in a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for our family of five. Easy drive to ocean beaches and "downtown" Cape May. Walks to the bay for the sunsets are a must. We definitely can recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy Cape May but avoiding the high cost and crowds along the beachfront.

Convenience and comfort

Clean, comfortable home with all the necessities. Location is excellent, very convenient to Cape May and surrounding shore towns. Lots of things to do within a 10min radius. Quiet beach 2 blocks away. Host is responsive and accommodating. Overall a great experience staying here.
