Nestled in a tranquil forested setting, the home combines peaceful seclusion with convenient proximity to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Spend winter days skiing at Heavenly, Sierra-at-Tahoe, or Kirkwood. In the warmer months, lounge lakeside at El Dorado Beach (less than eight miles away) or tee off at Lake Tahoe and Tahoe Paradise Golf Courses—both within a mile and a half.

Start your mornings with coffee on the front deck, taking in the crisp mountain air and serene forest views. In the evenings, fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the six-person table on the back deck.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
This vacation rental does not have air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
