Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire cabin, including four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, living areas, and a game room. Outdoors, you may enjoy the backyard, patio, barbecue grill, and hot tub. One owner closet is locked and off limits, but all other areas and the garage are available for your use.



The Neighborhood:

Great location, in a quiet Tahoe neighborhood, on a large lot. Access miles of hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain biking a short walk from the front door.



Only 7.5 miles to Heavenly Village and the casinos. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, golf courses, beaches, ski resorts, casinos, and practically all of South Lake Tahoe, within a 5 - 10 mile drive.



Getting Around:

A private vehicle is recommended for exploring South Lake Tahoe, though taxis and ride sharing services are also available. The property is located off Pioneer and offers driveway parking for up to four vehicles. Reno Tahoe International Airport is the primary hub and is located about a ninety minute drive from the cabin.
