Soft winter light reflects off the Atlantic as waves move steadily just beyond the glass, setting a calm, coastal rhythm that carries through the space. You wake to ocean views framed by wide windows, step outside for cool sea air on the balcony, and let the slower pace of the shoreline shape your day. Even in the cooler months, the ocean remains ever-present - a steady backdrop for quiet mornings and relaxed evenings indoors.



The space

This entire oceanfront condo offers a comfortable, easygoing stay right on the North Myrtle Beach coastline. The layout flows naturally between the living area and kitchen, keeping ocean, beach, resort, and city skyline views in sight throughout the space. Whether you are enjoying time inside or stepping out onto the balcony, the setting stays closely connected to the water.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to six guests with a flexible setup well suited for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. The private bedroom features a king bed with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets. In the open living area, a sleeper sofa and a floor mattress provide additional sleeping options while maintaining an open, relaxed feel.



Living space

After a day spent along the beach or exploring nearby attractions, the living area offers a comfortable place to unwind. A TV and WiFi support easy evenings indoors, while air conditioning and heating help keep the space comfortable year-round. The gentle sound of the ocean carries through the condo, adding to the calm atmosphere.



NOTE: We would like to inform you that the annual inspection of the fire alarm and sprinkler systems at Baywatch is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, 2026. As part of this process, it is mandatory that HOA will access our unit(s) to perform the necessary inspections.



Please note that if we are unable to gain entry to your unit(s), you may be subject to fines or charges from the Fire Marshal.

Self check-in with a smart lock allows for a smooth arrival, while a private entrance adds flexibility throughout your stay. A laundromat is located nearby, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Safety features include a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Other Things to Note:

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
