Discover a one-bedroom apartment in downtown Traverse City, nestled within a historic building that served as an Auto Service Center and Good Year dealership for over 60 years. Fully renovated and completely new, this is one of three unique apartments in the building!

The unit features 1 bedroom and 1 bath, with a living room and bedroom offering picturesque views of Front Street and Gillis Street. Situated in a quiet area, yet at the heart of it all, you'll find many great attractions and restaurants just steps from your door.

The kitchen comes fully loaded with all amenities for both short and long-term stays. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer, an ironing board, and ample closet space for all your belongings.

Great place to stay in Traverse City! Very nicely decorated, outfitted and clean. Great value for the location. Overnight parking is a bit tricky in this area so pay attention to owner's instructions (city does not allow overnight parking in many areas close by and allowed areas are limited).

Location was great. We were down town and easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean. Only draw back the living room AC did not cool the entire unit making the bedroom toasty. I thought we had our own washer and dryer unit but it was shared between 2 other guest and was always occupied. Over all clean and great location!

This was a very nice, very clean apartment! The location can’t be beat and I was able to park my car on the street and not use it again until I checked out. Definitely recommend.

Sweet Spot !

Location is good with easy access to town and waterfront. Apt is small but has everything you need. Accommodations are new and very comfortable. We would recommend for a sweet little place to enjoy TC !
