Front desk people of the main condo were not helpful or understanding when we did not have access to any available parking spots, I understand they are not connected overall, but if you ask them questions plan to get an ignorant and rude response. If you have a rooftop carrier you will not fit in the parking garage, and spots are limited outside, Matt, luckily, was kind and reimbursed us the 40 of parking payment for needing to park outside bc they didn’t have any spots available that first night, the Association or whomever above related to the condo said no! People don’t care about people anymore it’s just money, money, money. Again, Matt decided luckily, to reimburse us. Thank you! The condo was clean overall. The couches felt like we were going to fall in. Bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. White walls probably need to be painted as lots of scuffs and furniture is outdated and nearly rough. Some things are updated. Others not. It was okay. Would I say it’s worth 4xx a night, sorry no, I can’t do that as a person in the middle class. It’s overpriced in the current setup. But what isn’t overpriced in 2026? It’s a 3 bedroom condo nearly on the beach. Cannot complain about 4xx a night about that, Again, it was clean, was it outdated a bit yeah, but it was clean and it had 4 double beds and 1 king. It was fine. Can’t say anything about the pool as it rained.
