A great place to stay

this place was great. We loved how close it was to the beach! We came with 3 kids and 5 adults and there was plenty of room. All the amenities were as described. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, the experience was great. My family really enjoyed the beach house, and it offered excellent amenities. My only concerns were that the air conditioning downstairs was a bit warm, and the outdoor trash had not been emptied when we arrived. However, management was contacted about the trash, and the issue was resolved promptly.Despite those minor concerns, our overall experience was wonderful.

Great house

My family and my son's groomsmen stayed at this house for my son's wedding weekend, and it was great. Lot's of room, plenty of things to do, and Buzz was a great host. I definitely recommend this house.

Great location with fantastic beach view. Minutes from the central sea wall district and steps from an isolated no crowd beach. A beautiful home but needs some repairs outside and inside from hurricane Beryl.

Great Weekend Getaway

Great location, literally steps from the beach, host was very attentive. The only downfall was we had no access to any sports on the tv’s due to no cable. But we made the best of the windy, cold weather!

Awesome location and home!

We were pleasantly surprised to see that the home was exactly as featured on the website - the rooms were as spacious as they appeared in the photos and very comfortably furnished. It was the perfect place for our extended family to spend the weekend, and the few steps walk to the beach was so nice! Lots of windows in each room overlooking the water and letting lots of light in - you really feel like you are "at the beach" and we loved it!

Annual Family Beach Weekend

Cleanest facility we have ever rented! Loved the location, close to downtown, very close to beach. Very quiet location. Few glitches -- only two tvs worked and upstairs bathroom leaked but despite problems we would lease again if repaired!

The house is in a great neighborhood very close to the beach. Access to the beach is extremely easy and close. the views from the house are amazing. The house was in very good condition as expected. Im sure we will come back soon!

The house was perfect size for our group, very nicely decorated and a well stocked kitchen. Excellent access to beach.... Need to beef up the house cleaners, because the floors were very sandy. Had some minor issues with the upstairs bathroom leaking, management was very responsive

Great location. The layout of the house worked well for us and our adult children, three couples. It’s nice to find a place with 3 king beds and everyone had their own bathroom as well. The deck worked well for our pets as it is contained and they could stay out there. However, the deck has weathered a bit, and it would be nice for it to be fixed up. One of the deck boards was loose and I called about it the first day and maintenance came and fixed it right away. The response of the property management company was excellent throughout our stay. Everyone at Buzz rental was great throughout the process.

Wonderful time spent at this beautiful location.

From the minute my husband and I entered the doors of this house we were amazed at the serene and beautiful views that were available from multiple locations in the house. Several of my family members stated that they would like to rent this house again next year. We can't begin to thank Buzz enough for the amazing accommodations and the quick responses he provided in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this property.

Best beach house ever

I have rented three beach houses in the area. This one is by far the best. Very nice looking, obviously, and very spacious. It is very well-equipped with everything you need and more. Very close to the beach and quiet. Good communication with the office. We will come back.

Amazing

The house was amazing - very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The pool and ping pong table were great for the teenagers in our group and we enjoyed time on the deck and the fire pit. Really great stay overall - have no complaints other than we could not catch any fish, but you cannot blame that on the owner ;). Thanks for sharing your beautiful lake home with us Buzz. Hope to come back soon.

Comfortable home with amazing views and location

We were a multigenerational group coming in for a winter wedding. This house was perfect. The location was spectacular with 180 degree views of Lake Murray from the main level and game room. Buzz was so responsive to some questions that we had leading up to our stay. Housekeeping was spot on. The layout of the house was perfect for gathering and every bedroom, even the basement ones, were comfortable and spacious.

Memorable Family Getaway!

Our recent family getaway Vitamin Sea at Pirates Beach proved to be the perfect place for relaxation and quality time with family. The location was simply the best with views of the ocean and easy access/steps away from the beach. The house was clean, kitchen fully equipped, large bedrooms, and a "kid" room was the cherry on top! The large upper balcony is perfect for family dinners or just relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. We can't wait to return and create more cherished memories in this little slice of paradise! ...also, when we had any questions prior to or once we arrived to the property the office staff was quick to respond and very helpful.
