This cabin is everything you are looking for. Super conveniently located yet surrounded by mountains, forest and abundant wildlife. 10min to downtown Bozman, 20min to airport, 25min to Bridger Bowl, 1hr to Big Sky, 1hr30min to Yellowstone north entrance, 1hr 50min to Yellowstone west entrance.

So many amazing things to do in this spectacular part of Montana. Make this a trip of a lifetime, you can see and do it all or just enjoy the beautiful cabin, stunning scenery and abundant wildlife.

As you drive up to this little piece of paradise you will see a big sign saying Lazy Bear Cabin letting you know you've made it. There is plenty of parking with 2 covered spaces and driveway spaces as well. you will walk up to a wraparound deck with a built-in bar and plenty of additional deck seating to enjoy. Continuing into the cabin you will find a cozy living room complete with a fireplace. Across is the kitchen with everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. On the main level you have a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom with laundry as well. Then you go upstairs to the loft bedroom complete with 2 queen beds and an additional full bathroom. Gorgeous, exposed beams. Outside there is a firepit to enjoy the beautiful summer nights under the stars and roost marshmallows. This cabin is everything you need. It is expertly designed and artfully decorated. You will feel so at home here you will not want to leave.

The cabin itself is gorgeous! It was conveniently located to downtown Bozeman and so relaxing! The owner clearly thought of everything and truly made it feel like a home away from home! The WiFi is fast and the cabin is cozy! 5 Texans left to escape the heat and got the perfect vacation! We will be back!

It was a prefect place for us.. My wife and i moved our oldest daughter and boyfriend from Calif to MSU.. there was plenty of room when were all four in the cabin.. it was close to campus for us to go back and foeth.. Anna was amazing and made sure everything was perfect.. we will most likely book again when we go visit our daughter... Go Cats Go!!!!

Wonderful Stay

The Lazy Bear Cabin was great for our activities around Bozeman. The cabin had everything need for our stay. Loved the “Small Things” included in the cabin, beach towels, ear plugs, sound machine. We will definitely stay again when we visit the area in the future.

Cute cabin with pretty landscape. Unfortunately a train runs right past several times a night, very loud. Needs more open space for guests to put their items and less clutter. Linen upstairs was soiled, I noticed some blood stains.I appreciate the effort the owner makes to have different items available for the guest but there is too much in the bath and kitchen.

Peaceful yet easy access to Downtown Bozeman.

Wonderfully peaceful stay. Country feel, but if you’re feeling hungry and ready to go do something, Downtown Bozeman is less than 10 minutes away. For us, we like being able to relax and hear nature while being close enough to the fun stuff. Ease of communication with the owner, responses were very quick and helpful.

Husband had emergency surgery in middle of vacation. Anna was great to work with and was very accommodating. We enjoyed having a place to catch our breath.

Cozy and Comfortable

We loved the cabin. Easy access to Bozeman and I-90. We loved sitting on the porch in the evenings, watching the birds, chipmunks, and rabbits. The amenities are plenty and we used the dishwasher and laundry multiple times, as well as cooked multiple meals. More than 4 adults would be very cozy, but could work. The house was well stocked and clean. All communication with the host was easy. If I’m in the area again, I’d definitely see if the cabin is available to book!

Amazing Montana Vacation

We had all that we needed and more. The cabin was immaculate. The property is beautiful. We experienced deer off the back porch and a visit from a black bear. Bozeman is just what we were looking for and only about ten minutes from the cabin. We were able to easily visit Yellowstone, via the West Yellowstone entrance one day and the Gardiner entrance another day. We are planning a trip back during snow season and would love to stay at this cabin again. Anna is very helpful and responded to questions almost immediately. It was an amazing Montana vacation!

Such a sweet place to stay! We were there in July and it was pretty hot the first full day we arrived so it was pretty toasty sleeping the first night (76 inside) in the primary bedroom as there was no air flow in there. Found the fans in closets which helped. The window won't open in the primary so there was no air movement which would have been helpful. The first night I ended up on the couch with the windows open adjacent. It was actually lovely as I could see all the stars and the couch was quite comfy. The following days were much better in temperatures and we found a rhythm to making it comfortable in the primary. The cabin is appointed with everything one would need and was very comfortable for four of us (Two adults and two of our adult children that could join us). It was easy access to get on the major road to head to each destination (Blue Sky, Yellowstone etc) and to downtown Bozeman and yet you felt as if you were in the mountains. Train can be a little loud but they provide earplugs and it didn't seem to interrupt our sleep too bad. The cabin was very clean, lots of personal touches (even some spices for cooking which was great) and such a cute place. Correspondence was great for set up - even allowing us in a bit early when we arrived the first day. Would definitely recommend this place to others and would happily stay there again.
