Sun light filled 3-bedroom house located walking distance from York River Yacht Haven Marina & YROC Restaurant. Easy access to Coleman Bridge Rt.17 for visiting Yorktown, Williamsburg, Jamestown, Busch Gardens, Water Country and more. Gloucester Point Beach and Yorktown Beach minutes away.
Large open living room, dining table and kitchen eating area for everyone. Quiet sitting room to read & relax. Kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. Bonus room over garage for play area and extra sleeping space. Extra refrigerator in garage area. Washer & Dryer with beach towels provided. Marina pool access comes with house as well for the kids. Big back yard with gas grill to enjoy peaceful evenings and glimpses of Sarah Creek and boats passing by.
Find Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William & Mary just 13 miles down colonial parkway. Pretty views of the York River in the fall.

Beautiful and spacious home with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable as was the living room and dining room furniture. The kitchen was stocked with cookware to prepare any meal you might want.

Great house

Tye house is great, was very clean, the owner was responsive and very accommodating. The location is also great, not too far from Busch gardens and Williamsburg.

We had a great stay in Gloucester- the home had everything we needed for a family of five. The home was immaculately clean with plenty of towels and linens. We enjoyed a short walk to the yacht club for the pool and dinner. Colonial Williamsburg & Busch Gardens were a quick 15 minute drive. It was nice to be on the water, very peaceful. We plan to stay here again on our next trip with the kids! Thank you for your hospitality.

Great place for a Christmas get together

Loved everything about the place and it was even decorated including a tree. Very comfortable and relaxing with everything you could need for a short stay. We look forward to staying there again next time we visit.

Weekend Getaway

We loved everything about this stay. Communication was easy and prompt. Access to location was great. The location was perfect! Plenty of room for our family of 7! There were plenty of games to keep everyone entertained and the loft sleeping area was the perfect place for the young adults to have out. Everything was just as pictured! Roughly 20 mins to Busch Gardens and Premium Outlets! Just excellent stay! We hope to return next year for our annual mini get away!

We have been VRBO-ing for the last 10-15 years and we can honestly say that this VRBO is one of the best properties we have rented. #1. Communications with the owner are superb, #2. The property is as clean as it gets, #3. The room, decor, and amenities of the house are incredible, and #4. the house is located a short 25-30 minutes from Williamsburg and Jamestown and about 10 minutes from Yorktown. If you are visiting the Historical Triangle, there is no better choice in the area. It’s a definite repeat for us.

Outstanding Home and Location!

We stayed here for my military retirement in Yorktown and the home was outstanding, spacious, and a wonderful venue to relax with family after the event. Owner was extremely responsive. One of the best VRBO places we've stayed.

Family weekend getaway

Beautiful home in a great location for visiting Busch Gardens and historical American Revolution sites. The home was immaculately clean, comfortable and stocked with anything you could possibly need. We loved everything about it and hope to come back next year and stay in this property again!

Lovely House, Great Location

We booked this house over Thanksgiving to be near family. Our in-laws stayed in the house with us. It was perfect in all ways. We will likely make this our go-to when we visit again.
