Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.

The house has central AC and Free WiFI. There is also a large laundry room in the home for your use in the main home plus a separate private laundry in the Ohana studio.

The private guest "Ohana" studio includes it's own living area with large TV, sleeper sofa, private laundry, fridge, sink, toaster over, microwave and a large Master bathroom with huge walk in shower. The "Ohana" guest studio also includes a separate entrance in the front but also a courtyard with its own private BBQ grill, cafe style table, outdoor living space and outdoor shower.

The airy open concept main home floorpan includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor kitchen. This home includes two BBQ grills, including a high end built in grill by the pool for the main home and a separate BBQ grill for the Ohana studio.

The main home lanai has covered outdoor living space, dining and a TV mounted by the pool so you can enjoy sports or movies while enjoying a day by your private pool. One of the nice things about Ainamalu are the large back yards with privacy. This home has a beautiful back yard with tropical flowers, grassy areas and fruit trees surrounded by privacy lava rock walls to ensure privacy from any neighbors. The fruit bearing plants include white pineapple, banana, mango, lime, and other citrus trees, all available for guests to enjoy.

The family room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music or watching the game or a movie. The home features a living room with a new large 75" TV in the living room as well as TVs in each bedroom so families can enjoy time together or retreat at the end of the day to their own space after a long day of fun in the sun!

The home has been updated to have a complete fence surrounding the pool area for safety.

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, mini-golf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.

Things to do

A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.

Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
