What a Gem!!!! Our Cute and Cozy Desert Oasis is located just 3 blocks from the River and minutes from The Laughlin Casinos. After a long day on the river, come Lounge, BBQ, and unwind on our relaxing Patio. Or keep the fun going with our outdoor games. Indoor games also available. Each room is equipped with its own Roku TV. Fully stocked Coffee station for your drinking pleasure. Pet Friendly home, w/Doggie Door & amenities available. We hope you enjoy our Family Getaway as much as we do. 2 pets max at 99$ each. Because VRBO only allows you to check one pet, additional payment will be required via Venmo or Zelle of an additional 99$.

Can’t say enough great things, house layout was great, front and backyards were great, dog friendly (doggie door was the BEST amenity-Hank really appreciated it). Neighbors were great too! We will definitely stay again when in the Bullhead City area

Great hosts! Great house!!!

Our hosts were very accommodating and responsive. The house is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The yard is perfect if you're traveling with pets. We would definitely suggest a stay (or two) here. Thank you J & A for making our stay comfortable under our circumstances. It truly made a difference and helped us through a very difficult week.

Upgrading

Faulty objects in house. The shower door glass broke in many pieces could not use shower. Could not use the garage because there was a boat in there. Did not state the proper price of dog fee. Beds not very comfortable. Hard to open the patio door because the door jam was dirty. The owners were helpful tried to make things better. I would not stay there again.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you thought there were faulty objects in the house. I wish you would have let us know about them. The only thing we knew about was the shower door breaking because per your statement, there were two people in the shower. Unfortunately, I was not there and cannot say whether it broke on its own or if it was leaned against or door was slammed by two people being in the shower. We do have rubber stops on the shower door to prevent it from shattering, so I don't know how that could have happened. In my experience, shower doors do not just break on their own, but, again, I wasn't there, so that's why we did not charge an extra cleaning fee for having someone go out during your stay to clean up the glass or for a door replacement. I am happy to report that we had it cleaned up within the hour of the incident from when the two people broke the door. I am really glad, though, that that did not stop you from adding/requesting an additional night after that unfortunate event occurred. Also, our description clearly states that there is a boat in the garage and we have a two pet minimum and the cost for each pet, again, it's unfortunate that you did not see that in the description when you booked, but, again, I'm happy we were able to accommodate you and let your third pet stay. I’m sorry to hear the beds were uncomfortable for you. They are brand new beds with mattress toppers and this is the first complaint we have heard about that. I really wish you would have explained how they were uncomfortable so we could remedy that for our future guests. Our goal is to try to make each guests stay as comfortable as possible so they have an enjoyable vacation. I'm sorry you will not be staying with us again. I hope you find a place that suits all your needs. Thank you again for staying with us.”
