Dear Guest, Home is where the heart is. We believe that everyone should absolutely love their stay and that's the standard we've set for our property. Unfortunately sometimes things aren't a great fit. We realized quickly your dissatisfaction was not anything we could remedy when you were talking to us very poorly through our cameras and would not accept the offer to pay for a load of laundry or have our cleaners pick up and drop off your laundry. I even offered you to stay at another home near by that did have the laundry accommodations and you refused. You stated “we already went to the store and don’t want to move our things”This was a courtesy offered by us even though our listing was correctly noted about the laundry and garage. No matter what we offered, you would not have been happy. We have four rentals and have had great reviews prior to this one. We have multiple homes on the water and we stock this one that is not on the water, to the same standards as the ones on the water. I have consistently been told how great we stock our homes . I am a premier host on multiple sites and I work very well with guests to remedy any situation that may arise from time to time however, you were impossible to please. We have 3 smart tvs with basic cable for all three ( as stated in our listing) This home is a fairly new rental and we replace anything that gets even the slightest wear! We also have extra blankets in each closet and one on the couch. I explained that as well. We overstock all of our homes with extra towels (your group has 2 per person per day) Toilet paper etc. Many of our guests love our coffee bars at every home and I am sorry this was not to your liking. we do not offer a washer and dryer or garage access and we do not appreciate you trying to get into it even after we said you could not have the code multiple times. I spoke to VRBO and they said I could ask for this review to be considered to be taken down as they can see your hostility through your communication with me however, I have never done that before nor do I want to because I welcome honest reviews as that can only help others as well as myself when hosting to know who will and will not be a good fit as a guest or returning guest for our homes. One last thing that other hosts should know is that this guest broke our slider blinds by leaving the door open to the backyard all night for their dog to go in and out. We did not charge for this either and had to replace 3 blinds. I personal

Hi Stacy! Thanks for bringing those things to my attention and for being such great guests. We have updated the description about the one room that doesn’t have a Tv. About the channels, I'm not sure what happened as we have a medium level package with optimum. Im glad you still had a great stay and we would love to have you back anytime!
