The host was helpful we did get some money back BUT I have never stayed in a more unclean house! Every bed had dirty hair filled sheets and the comforter were dirty and fully of nubbies! The shower had no handle to turn it on and the shower curtains were moldy.

Quick but pleasant stay

Great space, homey and clean--we added another couple people last minute and it worked out perfectly because there was more then enough space....We weren't there long enough to make a mess, but it was close to the Metra and easy path to get back to the house.

Very nice house. Very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We were there for a wedding it was centrally located and very convenient. I would definitely recommend this property

Beautiful but hot

The place is mostly wonderful. You can tell they have spent a lot of time and energy making the home beautiful. The problem is that we were staying on a 100 degree day and the air conditioning was not nearly keeping up. Due to the house being retrofitted from a house built in the 40s, the HVAC system was rather strange. There was no ac vents at all in the master bedroom, and any room without a window air was simply too hot to comfortably sleep (80+ degrees) I really liked this house and if they update the cooling for the summer it would be great but as is was a bit disappointing.

Quick large family trip

This property was great for our large family’s quick trip to Billings. Clean, beautifully updated. Was the perfect budget friendly alternative to two hotel rooms.

Our Son’s/brother’s Wedding

The location of the property was perfect for us in all the events of the weekend. The neighborhood was quiet, and well maintained. It was well supplied with general household items. We enjoyed sitting on the patio talking and watching the bunnies. I’m very happy we found this property!

Great weekend with family

In Billings for East-West Shrine game. Family joined from around Montana and Idaho. The house was clean and roomy and in a good location. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This property is incredibly clean and is close to everything! The owner made checkin and out so easy. You have to stay in this beautiful home on your next trip to Billings!

90th Birthday get together

I loved the master bedroom closet and kitchen cupboards. The house was stocked with plenty of towels and extra bedding. The beds were very comfortable and the couch too. We were able to use the patio and enjoyed the outdoor lighting. We did hear lots of creaks and groans, and the master bedroom door along with the master bathroom door squeaked. The 3 o’clock check in and 11 o’clock check out was very appreciated.

Wonderful Surprise!

This VRBO home is perfect. The thoughtfulness in the layout, and the small details make it super homey and cozy. We loved our one night stay in Billings in this home. The owner is super communicative and helpful! I highly recommend!

Great For a Family Gathering

We celebrated a sibling's birthday over an extended weekend and everyone was very satisfied with the accomodations. The house was able to comfortably fit day guests beyond those who were sleeping there. We were all senior citizens. The entire house was clean and inviting. I would stay here again, and I recommend it to others.

The house is as pictured

The house is nice - not “stunning” by any means in my opinion. We could tell the owner put a lot of thought into the decor, all towels and bedding were new and very clean, beds comfortable for sure! Kitchen clean and well labeled. The 3 bedrooms upstairs share one full bath that is lacking enough towel bars and/or hooks for even 3 single adults. Also there are no chairs in any of the 4 bedrooms so the only place to sit is in the main open living room / dining room. Wouldn’t be such a thing if that couch was supportive/comfortable, but it’s not. If you want to curl up and watch a movie maybe, but even then we found the couch a bit shabby (a burn hole) and the pillows worn - frankly they could use updating. But what is shabby to one family might not feel that way for all. When renting a house, I am more comfortable when furnishings are fresh. The dining room was the only place to sit in a supportive chair. It was comfortable - the dining table/chairs nice, but for a 5 night stay, we all agreed a little space in the house to sit would have been a plus. Not a biggie just something we experienced as an inconvenience. The outside deck has great potential with a grill and lights hanging, but the surrounding yard is just dirt & dirty! Branches/dead leaves all over. We had to wash down deck table and chairs before we could sit back there - the dry dirt air just made us all sneezy. Not pleasant. Still all in all a good stay. 7 min drive to downtown and a short walk to breakfast.

Disappointing experience...stay elsewhere

Upon arriving the patio door was unlocked. The house was dirty; dust and dirt on the floors, kitchen had food stains on cupboards and the oven was covered in grease. The refrigerator was sticky. Bathrooms had hair in the bathtubs. Couch had colorful candies in cushions and stains in multiple places. Upstairs shower would not drain even after removing the hair and making sure the stopper worked. Owner asked for me to take pictures for proof and only responded with a "I'll talk to my cleaner and you didn't release the stopper on the shower". Her responses were slow and she refused any compensation. Even the listing is inaccurate. At most the house will sleep 8 in the beds, and that would be tight. Save your frustration and money and stay in a hotel. Definitely NOT a home or location for a vacation getaway.
