Central to the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival and an array of heralded golf courses, this getaway is a choice destination for exploring everything the desert has to offer. Indio is the ideal destination for golfers, music lovers, shoppers, and hikers alike. Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival is located three and a half miles from your door, and both Big Rock Golf Course and SilverRock Resort offer a top-tier golf experience within three miles or less. Arrive at the Cove to Lake Trailhead in five and a half miles, then pick up fresh produce at Ralph's grocery store less than one mile from home.

Inside, relax on plush furnishings in the welcoming living room and watch a movie on the 65-inch TV with a DVD player. The gas fireplace adds a cozy touch to the family room, detailed with a reclining sectional and a 55-inch TV. Fix favorite meals in the light-filled kitchen, outfitted with a gas range and stainless steel French-door fridge. Browse recipes at the spacious two-person breakfast bar. This two-story has three bedrooms, each with its own TV. The lovely main suite features a comfortable bed and a sunny reading nook. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 75 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
