Great Location

L appartement mĂ©riterait une rĂ©novation et une cuisine un peu mieux Ă©quipĂ©e sinon trĂšs calme et bien situĂ©, l Ă©tat des draps n Ă©tait pas assez nickel pour moi! Le plus gĂȘnant !

Le studio est particuliĂšrement bien situĂ©, Ă  proximitĂ© des stations de mĂ©tro mais loin de l'agitation de Manhattan . Calme, l'Ă©quipement est sommaire mais suffisant pour un petit dĂ©jeuner sur place avant de belles journĂ©e de marche. La literie est de bonne qualitĂ©. Le loueur est extrĂȘmement sympathique et rĂ©pond trĂšs rapidement aux questions .Magnifique sĂ©jour pour nous.

TrĂšs bon choix

Nous sommes tombĂ©s par hasard sur cette location car nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©s un peu Ă  court. TrĂšs bon choix, appartement un petit peu vieillot certes mais trĂšs grand Ă  2mn de Central Park, trĂšs calme ce qui est apprĂ©ciable Ă  New York. Quand on rentre le soir on a vraiment l'impression d'ĂȘtre Ă  la campagne.. tous les commerces de bouche sont Ă  proximitĂ© ainsi que les lignes C, D et 6. Super !!!

Bonjour, l'appart et un peu vieillot et mériterait quelques travaux surtout à la salle de bains, toutefois il est propre, le lit est confortable, et il est dans une rue trÚs calme, ce qui est vraiment appréciable aprÚs une journée dans le bruit du centre de NY. plein de petit commerce et restaurant a proximité, le métro est a 2 pas. le propriétaire est arrangeant pour les heures de départ. connexion wifi sans problÚme, avec une utilisation de tablette. Großer Reinfall

Sehr ungepflegtes Objekt, undefinierbarer Gestank im Appartement , schlechte Ausstattung, heruntergekommene Möbel und Badezimmer. Heizung gar nicht ausreichend. Alles in allem nicht in einem vermietbaren Zustand. Wir fragen uns, wie und was Fewo direkt kontrolliert??!! Fotos können geliefert werden.

Everything we needed for a stay in the city

We loved the convenience and location of this fabulous apartment. The apartment was less than 3 mins walk to the closest subway entrance and very close to great restaurants and eateries on the UWS. The apartment had plenty of natural light, and kept us comfortable with aircon and radiator. We did a bit of cooking in the apartment and it had all the basics we needed to make a decent meal for the two of us. Our only complaint was that the apartment did feel like it needed a good deep clean. It was dusty in places and the floor looked like it needed to be vacuumed more thoroughly. A really pleasant stay and I would certainly book again for future stays in NY.

Quiet & Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in this classic turn of the century brownstone apartment. All the amenities were there as advertised and the location was quiet, but close to subway, Central Park, restaurants, etc. Dov is a good host & we would stay here again.

Immobile decrepito e non conforme alle fotografie mostrate

Le fotografie del sito non corrispondono alla reale condizione dell'immobile. L'appartamento Ăš decrepito, sia nella struttura, sia nell'arredo e nelle suppellettili e nulla ha a che vedere con quanto vuole fare credere l'annuncio. Il secondo letto Ăš un divano che pare prelevato da una discarica, l'armadio Ăš una nicchia nel bagno, dove sono ammassati cuscini lerci che sfido chiunque ad utilizzare. Il livello di pulizia Ăš inoltre completamente scadente, con lenzuola e salviette sporche o mancanti. Tutto ciĂČ Ăš stato da me documentato con materiale foto e video e inoltrato ad Homeaway.

Location is great - lodging is old and run down

We loved the location, half a block from Central Park where we spent a lot of time. Metro was close, as was a Citi-Bike kiosk and lots of restaurants. The lodging itself is in a very run-down building and the suite is showing its age: chipped enamel in the tub, layers of peeling paint, a 1960’s era gas range. Dishes are chipped, pots and pans aren’t very good quality, and you’ll probably need to bring your own toilet paper. But the a/c works, bed is comfortable, and if you aren’t spending a ton of time there, it’ll do just fine. The neighbourhood is really nice, and the suite itself is dead-quiet. So if you can look past how tired and old it is, it is a great place to stay , with quick Metro access to all the sights.

Very good location. Smooth comunication. Decent apartment. Suitable for family with 2 kids. Lacks some knifes, forks, spoons, coffee cups, glasses. So kitchen could be better equipped. Clean but not super clean. Over all a good deal.

Great Host & Location

I really enjoyed my stay at this large studio apartment. Dov was a great host and very responsive to any questions. The bed was comfortable, the pre-war building style was charming with high ceilings and plenty of space, and a New York size kitchen with a regular sized refrigerator. The location and neighborhood was ideal just 1/2 block to Central Park and the subway B/C lines and lots of great restaurants and Whole Foods near by.

Very cozy apartment! We loved our stay.

We stayed in the apartment for a week and enjoyed A few hours a day in the apartment. It was perfect for us and had everything that we needed. Wifi worked well. Kitchen was perfect for making easy dinners. Bed was very comfortable. We never heard/saw any neighbours and felt very safe. The apartment was clean and close to central park/whole foods and the subway. I will definitely go back to stay here, good value for money. Please note that the furniture is old/antique but it was in good shape, clean and very comfortable. In short, we enjoyed our stay!!

LocalizaciĂłn excelente.

La localización del apartamento es excelente y su tamaño correcto para 3 personas. Ante algunos problemas el propietario contestó råpidamente y con resolución pero tanto la instalación eléctrica como el mantenimiento del apartamento (muebles, pintura...) estå poco cuidado y los utensilios de cocina no estaban en buenas condiciones de limpieza cuando llegamos. Necesitaría mejorar estos aspecto y la presencia de algunos insectos y otros... antes de alquilar el apartamento.

Good location, bad apartment

Very old apartment. Mice traps everywhere. Bath doesn't drain water. Bathroom's door doesn't close properly. I know that rent a flat in NY is not cheap but I will not come back to this apartment because is more expensive than its value.

Great location & excellent value for money

The location is perfect - a 1 minute walk to Central Park, 3 mins to the subway, 5 minutes to a good supermarket and restaurants, 20-30 minutes to the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim, 30-40 min walk to Union Square and the Broadway theatres and the same again, but in the opposite direction, to the Gospel churches in Harlem. The apartment is in a street of brownstones; it's pretty and the street parking is free. The apartment itself has what we wanted for our family of four -a good TV, a good air conditioner, a proper dining table, a good stove and fridge & the sofa bed was big and comfy. There is an issue with the shower draining, but Dov was quick to fix it. We looked for a long time; I doubt you will find a better deal.
