This Park City Residence will be the ideal base for outdoor adventures throughout every season. The property is located only 30 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport and will be at the forefront of the larger Canyons Village master plan. The prime ski-in/ski-out location offers 7,300 acres of exceptional terrain paired with all of the services of a luxury resort. Services include ski valet, Spa , gourmet dining, twice a day cleaning with evening fold down and s’mores, a rooftop pool and bar and kids club. During the warmer months, hiking, mountain biking and outdoor concerts are equally enticing.
A modernist take on a traditional alpine lodge, this Fully Serviced Resort Residence features Two King Master Bedrooms, Three Bath, full Kitchen, Dining Room and Laundry room with a resort and village view. There is also a pull out full size bed in family room and option to have extra beds brought in. Bringing artistic influence, thoughtful service, and inspired design to Canyons Village, This Residence in Park City will become the heart of the new Canyons Village.

The Pendry Residence was fantastic. We had a direct view of the Fireworks New Years Eve and the location to ski lifts is superb. The host was amazing and responsive. All around a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Beautiful property

We stayed at this property after Christmas and really enjoyed our time there. We had plenty of room for our family of four. The living room with dining room and kitchen had plenty of space to stretch out after a day of skiing. The bath products smell amazing and rooms have cozy and warm beds. The restaurant, Kita, was excellent! We wish we would have made another reservation there. We would definitely go back to this property!

A great ski trip at a fantastic property

The location of this condo is super convenient, just steps from a chair lift at the Canyons side of Park City resort. The condo has a modern space plan and furnishings. You get the best of both worlds, it's a condo with everything you need in the kitchen, but also a luxury hotel... you have room service at your fingertips and someone cleans your room. The bar is lively. The restaurant is good. The room is quiet. I'd stay here again.

An Unforgettable Christmas at Canyons Village – We’ll Be Back!Our family had an absolutely magical stay in Canyons Village at Park City over Christmas week (Monday, December 22 through Monday, December 29, 2025), and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The village was beautifully decorated for the holidays, filled with festive cheer, and offered a wonderful mix of activities for all ages. Between skiing, village events, dining, and simply enjoying the atmosphere, there was never a dull moment. It truly felt like stepping into a Christmas postcard.The accommodations were comfortable, well-appointed, and perfectly suited for a family holiday stay. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, making it easy to relax and focus on enjoying time together. The convenience of the village layout, combined with the quality of amenities and the welcoming holiday vibe, made this trip especially memorable.We made incredible family memories this Christmas and left already talking about when we could return. If you’re considering a winter or holiday getaway, we can’t recommend this experience highly enough. We would absolutely stay here again.
