Thanks for housing the team!

Our lifeguard competition team was able to use the house as a great spot for a base of operations. Plenty of bed space, two kitchens, nice hot tub for relaxing, and easy walk to Jeanette's Pier. Thanks for the great accommodations!

Good Family Experience

We had a great time staying at this house. It is good for a large family. The finishing touches architectctually are a bit odd but it doesn't affect the quality of the stay. Sand spurs are an issue but not a lot the owner can do about that. Remember to bring oven mits, dish towels, dish rags and dishwasher detergent for your stay. Pool is a bit chilly in December during a winter storm, but the house was cozy!

Very basic

This house is very basic. No dish towels, hot pads, very limited on dishes. House wasn't cleaned very well before we entered. Found cookies, dog toys, and trash under beds and couches. Hot tub finally got up to temp on Tuesday but there were no chemicals so it smelled stagnant. Couch out by pool is broken, nails everywhere, house seems very unfinished. Overall for a week stay it was okay but not a place I'd recommend to friends or family. Will not rent this house again.

I am sorry house was not up to your standards, and will follow up with our cleaning crew to ensure this doesn't happen again going forward, but this is all stuff that could have easily been resolved on the day you arrived had you brought it to our attention, as we always want to make sure our houses are in the best possible condition for our guests.

Unsafe and Unsanitary

The house itself was a new build but all the furniture was used and disgusting. Stains all over the couches and chairs as well as tons of dog hair everywhere. I spent the first hour vacuuming the furniture. We did get to the house early and they said they were coming back to finish cleaning but they had already mopped all of the floors and there would have been no way for them to clean the furniture in that amount of time. It was gross. The master bedroom bed had a broken box frame that made the mattress sink in the middle. I ended up having to take the mattress off and sleep on the floor. We picked up 3 cups worth of nails and staples that were all over the decks that we kept stepping on. My dad actually found a hammer and spent an hour walking around pounding nails back in that were really unsafe and punctured his foot. I cut my finger on the countertop that was just made of glass tile that had been cut so that it was jagged all the way around. It was like they just used whatever materials they could find and tried to make it work. There also is not central air but window units. The two downstairs bedrooms didn't even have those. We had to call and get them to bring us one bc the kids were so hot at night. The owners response was "it was a cool night they could have opened the windows" Seriously! The windows don't even have screens! We were extremely disappointed with this rental. It was very expensive and was not even worth half of what we paid! It definitely ruined our week!

Not cool Karen... Told guests before arrival that early check-in was not available as the cleaners needed until 4 to finish the house, and they moved in at 1:30 anyways while cleaners were checking on another house, well before the cleaners were able to finish, and immediately started complaining about the state of the house. Offered to have cleaners go finish if they would just get their stuff out of the way, but they refused and decided to trash listing with false review as well.

Friends trip

Property has a great location, freshly renovated with a few small aspects still needing finishing touches but overall a nice property with plenty of room for large groups.
