‘Blue Shark’ is a spacious 5-bedroom home just steps away from the beach. Under new ownership with all new interior paint and improvements throughout. This property offers a large open floor plan with a well-equipped updated kitchen including all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware & utensils making it ideal for gatherings. Exterior amenities include a private swimming pool and ample parking for up to 4 vehicles.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Honest assessment

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location however many issues with the overall cleanliness of the home. It's dirty. Food items under furniture - furniture may have never been moved and vacuumed under. Light bulbs burned out in upstairs bathroom & fan light in living room. Arrived and first night the pool lights did not work - spoke to the pool guy who repaired and weeds were all over the patio. I called maintenance & they removed the weeds. Grill I purchased last year was still there. Maintenance removed. Water filter in the fridge did not work - called to be replaced. Killed numerous cockroaches and had to have an exterminator come. Overall the house is not clean and the flying palmetto bugs in the kitchen and bedrooms made for a precarious stay. House needs a maintenance upgrade especially for the amount of money I paid to vacation there. The location is good. Thankfully the dryer worked this year & we didnt have to have bats removed from the 2nd floor patio and there were no wasp nests on the 2nd floor patio - so that was a plus. Lastly the people who stayed the week prior left an old beach chair in the driveway area that I had to throw away.

Disappointed in cleanliness.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last year we rented through you and were extremely happy. This year however cleanliness was an issue! Not only were the hard surfaces not swept well, behind nightstands and under one of the beds on the carpet were dried out contract lenses! We had to re-launder towels upon arrival because there were black short curly hairs throughout them. And the cooking pans! They were so unbelievably scratched that they were toxic to cook with! The property location was great and had nice possibilities but one shouldn’t have to clean so much on vacation and when paying so much.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the home and the location. We were a bit surprised that there was only one trash bag provided and one paper towel roll. At that price point of a beach rental not on the ocean those items along with some other basic household disposable items should have been supplied. Other than enjoyed the home.
