This beautifully updated home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm for families and groups looking to unwind by the shore. Inside, you’ll find five inviting bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, providing plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Recent updates include fresh paint throughout the entire home and new flooring, giving the space a bright, clean, and modern feel. The fully stocked kitchen features both small and large appliances, making meal prep effortless—whether you’re cooking a full dinner or grabbing a quick bite before heading out for the day.

For added convenience, the home offers elevator access from the ground level to the first floor. A queen bedroom on the first floor provides easy accessibility for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, ensuring comfort for every member of your group. Step outside and enjoy everything the exterior has to offer: parking for up to four vehicles, a refreshing private pool, and a location that’s just a short walk or golf‑cart ride (golf cart not included) from the sandy shoreline and the lively Surfside Pier. Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!
