Perfect if youâre looking for a quiet getaway in the heart of Livermore Wine Valley. The studio is newly remodeled with new appliances & fully furnished. Cozy 1br features a queen bed. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen plus BBQ grill, outdoor fire pit and hot tub for your enjoyment.

The Space:
Private entrance to the studio with an open floor plan provides comfortable space for two.
Bedroom features a queen bed, USB charging on each nightstand, Smart 4k TV signed into Hulu live, Disney & Amazon prime and includes WI-FI.
Kitchen features gas stove, microwave, large fridge, toaster, Keurig with complimentary Keurig cups, cream, sugar, Brita water, essential dishware/utensils, oil, salt and pepper.
Shared outdoor space with plenty of area and seating
Guest access
Contactless self-check in to private studio entrance. Details will be provided after booking!
Other things to note
2 guest maximum, unless traveling with child or infant (see policy below).
No smoking/vaping allowed inside or on the property.
Plenty of street parking available on wide street.
Shared outdoor area, shared washer, dryer
You may see our friendly dogs from time to time.
Quiet time 10pm until 7am.
Please note the studio is attached to main house and the property is shared with a guest occupying a detached rental casita.
Child Policy: We are family friendly, please let us know if you plan to bring a baby or toddler and we can help make their stay as comfortable and safe as possible. Limit to 1 little one. No kids allowed in hot tub.

Our family enjoys all that the East Bay has to offer, and we are travel enthusiasts. We hope others will enjoy lodging at the newly remodeled studio and find comfort as they work remotely or create wonderful memories exploring the surroundings.

Located in the heart of Livermore walking distance from downtown, close to 50+ wineries, golf courses, breweries, San Francisco Outlet shopping, Bart transportation, major cities and much more. Enjoy the surroundings while staying in the newly remodeled, decorated and fully furnished getaway studio. Even take a dip in the Hot Tub to unwind in the beautiful yard.
