master bath has 2 sinks, toilet and claw foot shower tub combo.

these are the old cast iron claw foot tubs that are great luxury to take a bath in.
good water pressure in showers.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT IF YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH ANIMALS.
we are animal lovers; and the pets are never in the main house. pets are not allowed in the main house ; they have the guest House and the pet outdoor enclosed run. this house is cleaned 2 times a week after every guest. all rugs and curtains are cleaned monthly.
then house was built in 1926; it was renovated in 2000.

This little cottage was exactly what we were looking for in our stay in LA. It was magical and the communication with the owner was great. It's in a good neighborhood and th location is great if you want to be close to Culver City, Venice Beach, or Santa Monica. I would stay here again if I could.

My friend and I stayed at Kathleen’s place for a little over a week and enjoyed it tremendously. It was immaculate and well-appointed with lovely ambiance and a terrific location. Kathleen is extremely warm, and very quick to respond to inquiries, and had so many helpful tips on what to do in the area. The house is adorable, and I’ve never slept in a more comfortable bed. We actually enjoyed the time in the home as much as we did getting out to see the sights. It was very private and cozy and safe, and the yard felt a bit like an English garden. I loved drinking coffee there in the early mornings. Kathleen went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable and having fun. I can’t recommend this property too highly! We hated to leave.

Kathleen was an excellent host and her two bedroom cottage was very comfortable. Location is excellent - walking distance to Abbott Kinney Blvd. and all the shops and restaurants.

Cute cottage!

This is a lovely home in a great location. The beds are very comfy, and there is plenty of hot water! We didn't cook there, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. The resident cats are charming, and the host is very nice and accommodating!

So Perfect!!

Came here with my family to spend some time with our relatives out here, and this place was perfect! It’s so clean and quaint and our host was always available if we needed her. Close to pretty much everything and the cats were so cute and friendly!

We loved our time at the Dreamy White Venice House. Our host took excellent care of us, responded quickly, and gave great restaurant tips. The location is ideal -- close to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommend!

Beautiful tucked away sanctuary in the city

Visited for weekend with my mother. We had a great time. Everything in walking or biking distance we went to see/do! The sweet cats were a plus.

This place is even prettier than the pictures! The garden smelled like jasmine and honeysuckle at night! Everything was very well stocked, including lots of fluffy robes and slippers! The host even set up little tubes of toothpaste and little bottles of water by the bed! There are 3 cats on the property and one of them is very friendly and loves being petted! The other 2 are more reserved and shy but are very polite! The house and garden are both absolutely gorgeous and bigger than the pictures make it seem! We really enjoyed our stay here!

This is a very comfortable home well located on a quiet street in the heart of Venice. The place is larger than the pictures make it appear and has everything you might want for comfort and cooking. The host was very responsive and helpful. Really great spot.

This property is delightful. Airy, and calm. Clean, with excellent directions of how to use all appliance. Host provides excellent recommendations for where to go and other activities. Very quiet at night. Has areas to work, rest, be outside. Best place I have ever stayed.

Charming Stay

This property was a lovely, spacious home base for our adult family of 5. Easy street parking and fantastic location close to the coast. We enjoyed the outdoor space and being surrounded by flowers. We very much appreciated access to beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a cart, and the care Kathleen demonstrated to us before and during our stay. This house has great character!
