Luxury 4 bedroom home with hot tub & easy access to Kingdom Trails and Burke

Whether you're traveling to the NEK for skiing, MTB, hiking, or just plain relaxing, you'll be perfectly situated in this trailside home. Biking/hiking trails start right outside the door, and Burke Mountain's ski base is two minutes' drive away. Complete with a hot tub to rest those weary bones after a hard day of play, great common-area space to kick back with friends and family, and comfortable bedrooms to get your shut-eye. All modern appliances, and fully stocked linens and kitchen. We are a proud Community Sponsor of the Kingdom Trails Association. Enjoy!

The space
Built in 2007 and recently partially renovated, this beautiful, spacious mountain home sits on picturesque High Meadow Road, very near to both base areas at Burke and just a walk across the street from High Meadow Pass run (some guests walk their ski's across the road to start the ski day). Located in the heart of Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom, one of the most beautiful areas in New England, there are endless amounts of sightseeing and activities nearby during all seasons. The house has 4 bedrooms including a large bunk room, 3 full bathrooms, and 3 separate areas with large couches - one on each level of the house. We have a hot tub for you to relax in outside and if you're here with bikes or skis, we have a ski rack, mountain bike racks, and a bike repair stand all in the garage. Then as a new addition we have a bike wash station in the yard.

The house is a perfect home base for outdoor enthusiasts. In the winter there's skiing at Burke, cross country skiing or fat biking on the Kingdom trails, and snowmobiling on the VAST network. The summer brings prime season at Kingdom Trails for mountain biking or countless options to hike, fish, swim, boat, etc.

Located on a quiet gravel road at the base of Burke Mountain, we are 3 hours from Boston, 5.5 hours from New York City, and 2.5 hours from Montreal.

We do permit pets, but there is an additional cleaning fee of $50, and no more than two pets at a time are permitted.

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the property. We love our home and are excited to share it with you. Please take care of it.

Great KT Mountain Biking Trip

The property is perfect for a large group hitting the trails at KT. It’s convenient to get to all the trails and the house and property layout provides great space.

What a great house. We had about 9 men doing a mountain bike trip and couldn't have had a better place to stay. The host did an awesome job with communication and couldn't be happier with everything. Will be back again!

We had a group of 10 that stayed in this rental. We had ample room. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was perfect for our mountain bike trip. The hot tub and fire pit was an amazing addition.

Family Wedding at Burke Mt

We stayed here for the weekend, in town for our sister’s wedding at Burke Mt. Clean, comfortable, beautiful! Everything we needed after a 4 hr drive. Myself, fiancĂ© and 2 teenage daughters, as well as my brother and his wife and their 3 young adults and mates. It was everything we wanted during a stressful, busy family weekend.

A Wonderful Chalet .

We enjoyed this chalet very much . It is huge and was very cleaned . We loved all the amenities .: three family room , the bunk beds on the first floor. , the two patio , the hot tub , the propane fire pit, the three bathrooms and all the supplied products . We had an issue with a bath tub and the owner did send a plumber the same day . We highly recommend this chalet . In fact if we shall come back to East Burke we will reserve this place again .

Steps away from all the action

Perfectly located for a few middle aged guys to participate in a gravel bike race for the weekend out of Burke Mountain. Very large, nice hot tub, clean and quiet. Will book for next year!

We're a family who loves the outdoors. I first discovered the Kingdom Trails in 2005 with a group of my mountain biking friends and now that we have kids, it's become a place the full family loves. We're both a mountain bike family and a ski team family with deep personal connections to Vermont and so the Burke area is special to us. We're excited to share our home and this special place with you!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

When we were looking in Burke, we really wanted a place that would be very close to the trails and close to town. We also wanted a place that could comfortably fit 2 families since a big part of our loving the outdoors is loving sharing it with others. A mountain biking or ski trip is always better with friends. When we found this place, it checked all the boxes and we fell in love with it.
