Lunahuaná Valley est à une heure de route au sud-est, où vous pourrez profiter de la faible sierra temps merveilleux, passionnant rafting, randonnée, accueil chaleureux et la nourriture fantastique ... toute l'année.
Deux heures de route au sud vous amène à Ica et son temps ensoleillé du désert, du pays et des visites du vin toute l'année; Un peu plus loin les lignes de Nazca étonnantes, ou Réserve marine Paracas et le sanctuaire. les options d'hébergements abondent pour tous les budgets. Fantastic place!

Just what we expected! Peaceful and relaxing days looking at the magnificent ocean. The apartment has everything you need including good pillows for a nice sleep :). Fantastic view, great beach, good restaurant, nice boardwalk and pool, etc, etc. Many thanks to Juan Carlos for being such a great host.

Great place to relax

What a wonderful experience! And the views of the Pacific are stunning! The condo was clean and furnished with everything we needed for our vacation. It was very quiet at night and all we could hear was the sound of the waves in the distance. We cooked and ate most of our meals there at the condo, but Cerro Azul is a short drive if you want to eat out. The property is secure with only owners and renters allowed entrance, so we felt very safe walking everywhere. The beach is kept very clean and there is a nice swimming pool and restaurant within walking distance. Juan Carlos was excellent to work with. He responded to our request in a very timely manner and was very professional in making all our arrangements. During our visit, he followed up with us by phone and email to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer suggestions to make our stay extra special. We had a wonderful beach vacation and I highly recommend this condo. My only regret is that we didn't stay long enough! Thanks again, Juan Carlos, you were great. We had a wonderful time and hope to see you again in the future.

Perfect weekend getaway

This condo was the perfect weekend getaway from the city. It had everything we needed to vege; we did not want for anything. Comfortable beds, couches, and a beautiful view of the water. We had wonderful breeze and warm sun. It was also very clean. All we had to do was put down our bags, put away our groceries, plop ourselves on one of the couches, and relax.

Vacation Rental

I read the reviews of the house for rent and for once the reviews actually met my expectations. The house has everything you need to be self-sufficient (kitchen well supplied, nice bbq). The location is very quiet and the beaches are not packed with people and vendors. If you're looking for a chill place away from the commercialised malls and beaches of Asia, then this is the place for you. However, it's close enough to drive to Cerro Azul for a meal and Wong (in the dreaded Asia) to stock up on supplies. The house is a nice corner unit so no neighbours to worry about, and on the right-hand side there is no terrace so feels very secluded. I liked the elevated view as it felt more secluded from everyone. If I had one recommendation I would put bunk beds in one bedroom, and an oversize twin in second bedroom so that 2 couples could share house and not have to rock-paper-scissor over who gets the master bedroom:) Thanks Juan Carlos, hope to see you in the future.

The view from the property is spectacular, nothing like a sunset over the Pacific. The house is tastefully appointed and fully equipped with everything one could need and more. Having the restaurant on premises made for great lunches on the beach. We had a fantastic time, many thanks to the property owner for his many kindnesses.

Absolutely Fantastic.

I had an extended stay here (April through July) and absolutely loved it. I can't say enough about the house itself, the beautiful setting, and the owner Juan Carlos. I used the house as my "base of operations" while travelling around Peru, and constantly found myself looking forward to returning "home" and to relaxing on the terrace with a beautiful sunset. While the community is set apart by a few kilometers from any of the nearby villages, I found the quiet to be exactly what I was looking for. While there, I spent quiet days reading and strolling the beach, broken up by a daily trip to Cerro Azul for a lunch of ceviche and cervesa. Throughout the months there Juan Carlos was ever attentive, and always helpful with recommendations and suggestions. Looking forward to my next trip back!

Great Beach

I have stayed at Juan Carlos´ place two years in a row with my husband and son. It´s around 1.5 hours drive from Lima. The view from the balcony is excellent with good shade and sun if you want it. For me the short walk to the beach is worth the privacy, view and breeze from being elevated. The house is tastefully decorated, clean and simple. This year we were 4 adults with two toddlers. The kitchen is not massive but adequate, especially if you are making use of the grill and enjoying the view. Maradentro is a great beach option from Lima. The beach is sandy, clean, and unlike many of the beaches south of Lima the waves are not so big/strong that it is difficult to get past the break for swimming. The seafood restaurant at the pool is good and will deliver to the beach or house. Juan Carlos is very helpful if you have any questions. Highly recommended!

Enjoy the sound of the surf!

Location, location, location! Beautiful apartment at the beach which suited all our needs. The view from the terrace is fantastic. The apartment is tastefully decorated, comfortable and spotless. Just a short walk down to the great beach with personal shade and chairs or a pool is available if you prefer. We used the little grocery store onsite a couple of times instead of driving to the big supermarket in Asia. Very nice restaurants in Asia but expensive shops. Juan Carlos is extremely helpful with any questions you may have prior to, and during your stay, and has thought of everything. Our 6 nights were not long enough!

Amazing beach house!

We spent the New Year's holiday at Juan Carlos' beach house in Cerro Azul, and loved every minute of it. The house is quite cozy and beautifully done - everything that we needed was there for our convenience. The backyard patio area is amazing and has the best view of the Pacific. The gated community made us feel quite safe, and we loved the pool as well as the beach. Juan Carlos was a great landlord, he gave us plenty of recommendations and was very accommodating. This beach house was the best part of our trip to Peru!

Great Experience

I was looking for a weekend getaway from the hustle of Lima near Asia Beach...and Cerro Azul is it. The Condo is immaculate with every amenity needed. Gated security, 2 parking spots, shuttle to Asia Blvd, private beach, grill with view of the ocean, Direct TV, it goes on and on. But what puts this condo above the rest is the personal attention the owner, JC, puts with each client to ensure you walk away with a great experience. Detailed directions, suggestions on things to do, even personal loaners put this condo as a 5 star experience. He even helped me find a location to watch the NFL playoffs!

Float above the Sea

From the moment you walk inside this gem of a condo overlooking the ocean, you’ll feel like you’re floating above the sea. This is the place to be if you enjoy fresh air, sunshine, warm days and balmy nights during the summertime. There’s plenty of beautiful and engaging wildlife flying and swimming by at the sea front; I even swam with dolphins at my side one morning. There is a great sunshade spot assigned to the condo on the beach below, which is a wonderful place to catch the nice afternoon sea breeze—or you can walk a short distance beyond the rocks at either end of the beach to rather large and very secluded (and very seldom-used) sandy beach coves; these are great places to relax and get away from it all for an afternoon. The terrace is very private; yet has wonderful views. It has a good mix of sun and shade, and is quite a relaxing place to have breakfast in the morning, a beer or pisco sour in the afternoon, and dinner in the evening. During the summer, the poolside restaurant inside the condo property is surprisingly good, and they deliver if you ask in a polite manner. The charming seaside village of Cerro Azul is a short trip away, with lots of places to also explore in the nearby Cañete river valley, including wine and pisco tastings. The owner is also a great guy; very accommodating and helpful. He keeps the place very clean and pleasing. You really can’t go wrong with this place!

Nice view, nice beach. 20 minutes from Asia Beach Boulevard (restaurants, shopping, disco, market, banks). I stayed there 2 months in summer season. Also in winter season is a great place to go to relax.

Outstanding ocean view

I spent four nights and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. I would highlight the privacy of the terrace and the confort of this ocean view apartment. Three bathrooms with great water pressure. While being away from home I enjoyed the internet wireless service provided by the owner. The rental fee is a bargain for what you get. Good security provided by the condo and believe me no tsunami wave would ever reach the property. Giorgio

AMAZING!!!!

I stayed here this summer and the condo is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Plenty of room, super clean, and the owner was great to us. Overlooking the ocean, it has a beautiful deck where we spent most of the time. It's very close to the nightlife in Asia, and is in a gated community that makes you feel safe your entire stay. I will 100% stay here again, I can't imagine a better summer setup in that area. I wish I could have stayed for the whole summer. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a summer vacation.

I totally enjoy the peaceful time spent at the condo... especially the beautiful sunsets, watching the sea life right from the terrace, bird migrations as far as your eyes can see, egrets, sandpipers, dolphins, at any given moment, the quiet and peace… Driving to Cerro Azul to the local market for groceries, or having fresh fish at the village is a welcome and fun experience by itself. I take friends for day trips to Lunahuaná in the winter time, for rafting, for fresh river shrimp and trout... it is always a welcome experience.
