Casa Vista in Sayulita is a 3-bed, 2-bath home with heated saline pool, ocean & jungle views. This home is perfect for a family vacation with kids, or a friends getaway! A short walk to the Plaza provides access to all of Sayulitas best restaurants and activities. Casa Vista is the perfect oasis of tranquility and peace after a day of mixing with the locals and turistas.

After going down a short, steep road guests will find Casa Vista, the only house at the bottom of the dead-end street. Guests will enter the home to a private courtyard with view of the pool. On the entrance level is the Casita, up one flight of stairs is the main floor with two bedrooms and one bathroom, and down one flight of stairs from the entrance leads to the pool.

On the main floor, the fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and polished concrete counters. The kitchen sink has filtered water that is safe for drinking and cooking. There are both indoor and outdoor dining tables. Ceiling fans in the living and dining area provide great airflow and lighting. In addition, there is A/C throughout the home should you need it. The main floor bath is spacious with a large polished concrete soaking bathtub and shower. The cozy living room has an ocean view, comfortable seating, and a large flat screen TV with Apple TV and Netflix.

The main floor features an ocean-view primary bedroom (queen bed) with plenty of built-in closet storage, and a small attached room with single bed that is perfect for a child. The second main floor bedroom (queen bed) also has a desk space, and plenty of closets.

Downstairs from the main floor is the “Casita.” The spacious, air conditioned suite overlooks the pool, has a king size bed and desk/workspace with Wi-Fi. The ensuite bath is large, with a walk in shower and unique stone walls. Outside of the Casita is a palapa-covered sitting area with views of the pool, ocean, and jungle.

The chemical-free, saline pool has room for the whole family and will be your favorite place to hang out! There is poolside seating and umbrella so you can sip cocktails overlooking the lush, jungle hillsides and enjoy a peek of the ocean. This beautiful property is completely enclosed & private from neighbors and the street.

In addition to Casa Vista, we own Casa Tres Vistas, located right next door. This home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, pool, ocean views, and great indoor/outdoor living. The homes can be rented separately, or together for larger groups.
