Cette magnifique merveille de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain, située au cœur de Vail Village, pourrait être parfaite pour vous! Profitez de la grande terrasse et des baies vitrées offrant une vue imprenable sur la montagne Vail. Sortez par la porte d'entrée et, en quelques minutes, vous skiez ou profitez de tous les merveilleux restaurants, attractions (comme un cinéma et une piste de bowling) et des magasins!

Village Inn Plaza # 109 est grand et en charge avec deux niveaux magnifiques. Pourquoi se battre pour la chambre principale? Il y a deux chambres king avec salle de bain attenante haut de gamme, et toutes les salles de bains sont chauffées par le sol. Il ne manque pas d'équipements tels que les téléviseurs HD / DVD, un système stéréo, une laveuse / sécheuse privée, un vestiaire et une cuisine gastronomique immaculée avec des comptoirs en granit. Great Stay in the Village

We just finished a great two weeks in this spacious, beautiful decorated, well equipped and convenient Condo! Every bedroom, having its own bathroom was wonderful! The kitchen was a dream and the view, not just from the deck, but from the living room, was one of the best! We will be back! Thank you for everything!

Family ski week

This is a prime property. It has most of the amenities one can look for, recently remodeled, modern, with a great floor plan, a great view and possibly one of the best locations in Vail. I would suggest better cutlery in kitchen, which I believe to be below the apartment’s level.

Great condo and location in vail

This was a great property for our stay in vail for some spring skiing. 2 families of 4 each fit very comfortably in the 4 br, especially with the attached bathrooms for each bedroom. The kitchen and family room were modern and comfortable. The location in the village is fantastic, with an easy walk to any location in the main village as well as the gondola. The ski storage in the condo is notably a problem. Skis are not allowed in the unit, and the communal storage locker is at the far end of the property away from the ski access. It requires a physical key, and the property comes with only one. It is then impossible for us to use this ski storage with 8 people potentially coming and going at different times. We had to pay for ski storage elsewhere away from the property, which added an extra out-of-pocket cost to another company to store our skis, which we were not expecting. I'm not sure how other families who ski cope with this issue prior to our stay. It would work find if everyone comes and goes together, or if they provided multiple keys to the storage area. All in all, a great stay in a great condo.

Great property and Great Location!

Overall the condo was great and it was in the perfect location for us. The parking was easy and convenient. Loved the condo the only thing is the condo is not air conditioned, on the top two bedrooms. This was not clear to me in the description. It may not be a problem for most of the year, but our week in Vail fell at a time when temperatures were in the 80's and it was miserable trying to sleep in the lower two bedrooms even with fans going and windows wide open.

Great location, great layout for families

Property is perfectly situated in the village. Set back from the main road enough to keep the noise down. Layout is great for two small families with two rooms up and two rooms down. The property was very clean and has all the amenities you need to have a great stay. With only one partying spot, you have to plan a little of you're bringing not than one car but the in town shuttle is so close that you can park at the transportation center or Lionshead with no issue. I highly recommend this property.

Great location spacious apartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location was fantastic, close to everything. The apartment was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. We did have one problem in the main bedroom the extractor fan from the restaurant next door was super loud and vibrated in the room for about 3 hours most nights from about 6pm to 10pm. We did report this problem which took a few days to be sorted, the noise was reduced but did not go altogether.

Vail Vacation

Wonderful location, property well maintained (although there were a few marks and gashes on the walls). Being from Texas a/c is a plus but only had it upstairs (not down) which made it a bit uncomfortable as it did warm up considerably during the day and took a long time to cool downstairs at night. Liked the updated kitchen. Overall it was a great stay in a wonderful town.

We rented this unit for a 7 day family vacation including 6 adults and 2 teenagers from both the East and West coasts. Vail is a magnificent location for this type of gathering and provided our family a terrific base for exploring the area and its many activities and resources. The condo, located in the Village Inn Plaza Condos in the center of Vail Village, is very nice, spacious and beautifully laid out on two floors.It has large windows with lovely views of the ski slopes. It has 4 separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (a real convenience) and flat screen TV. 3 of the bedrooms are of very good size. The 4th, containing bunk beds is smaller, but ideal for kids. The unit also has a large sleep sofa in the living room to accommodate two additional people. Only the 2 upper floor bedrooms are air conditioned, however all of the rooms have ceiling or other fans available. Evenings cool everything down so that open windows provide more than sufficient comfort. The kitchen and dining areas are large, and well designed with nice appliances and furnishings. The kitchen contains all the dishes and utensils you need for meal preparation. We enjoyed being able to prepare some of our meals in the unit. A nice gas grill on the deck allowed for preparation of steaks and chicken. Our unit was next to the Sebastian Hotel, which makes its pool and some other facilities available to Village Inn Plaza guests. Their staff and concierge were very welcoming and helpful. A a final comment, we wish to highly complement Berkshire Hathawy Colorado Properties' Vail staff (and in particular, Jennifer, with whom we dealt mostly). They were terrific, professional and very attentive to our visit and needs before and after arrival. Vail is a fabulous place to visit, with a huge array of activities suitable for individuals of all ages. Our experience with VRBO and Berkshire Hathaway Colorado Properties could not have been better. We highly recommend and this particular property

Location could not be better. Next to Solaris, walking distance to anything in Vail/Lions' Head. Older than some other properties outside the Village. But updated appropriately, especially the kitchen
