Astounding 3-bedroom, 2 full bathroom cozy suite in a desirable and quiet neighborhood in Cloverdale BC. Located in a Cul-de-sac with ample parking. The spacious bedrooms, modern kitchen with dishwasher, airy bathrooms, in- suite washer and dryer and the 6 person Hot tub will make your stay here memorable.

The house itself has a separate entrance with Keyless entry. Fully Airconditioned. High Speed WIFI, Netflix and Prime Video. The house is also right next to a green space with walking trails.

3 minute walk to the bus stop, quick and easy access to Highways, 45 minutes to Vancouver and the Cruise port, 30 minutes to the Ferries going to various islands near the BC coast. 40 minutes to YVR International Airport. 35 minutes to the Abbotsford International airport. 40 minutes to Amtrak Train and Greyhound bus Stations.
Shopping in the US? This home is less than 15 minutes from the US Blaine and Peace Arch Border Crossings. 2.5 hr drive to Seattle USA. 20 minutes to Bellingham USA malls and shopping.

The place was perfect for the large group of family we had.Daniel was prompt to answer any questions we had and was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable. With 9 people staying it was nice to have two bathrooms. Need more bath towels for our numbers but used the beach towels as back up so it worked for the kids. The kitchen eating space was large enough for all of us but not enough chairs for all to eat at once. Kitchen was stocked adequately for our needs.

Vacation get a way

The house was clean and comfortable. The hostess was wonderful and the yard beautiful and inviting. Would definitely stay there again.

Just what we needed

Comfortable stay. Check-in was easy. The space was big enough for our family. The neighbourhood was quiet and the area is central. Got confused initially as Google maps showed a different direction. Overall a great place to stay.

Overall, a nice place to stay. The one issue that we had, was when we checked in, the cleaners were still there (not an issue). When they left, the garbage bags were left by the entrance, and not disposed of correctly. Daniel was very responsive to emails, usually within 15 minutes. Would stay there again.

Overall this property was clean and in good condition and met our needs. My one complaint is the VRBO confirmation that I received said check-in was at 3:00 pm. When I contacted the host and said we were in Surrey and we would arrive shortly after 3:00, I was told that check-in was 4:00 pm. No reason was given for the change and I did not make a fuss about it.

Perfect spot for our BC vacation

Daniel's basement apartment was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. The check in process was smooth and everything was exactly as described. We had 3 bedrooms, a futon and 2 full baths which allowed our family of 5, including 2 teens, to have privacy and comfort. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed with all the basics. Kitche. Was well set up and the in suite laundry was a bonus. That allowed us to pack less and save $$ on checked baggage. We appreciated Netflix and the centrally located rental was a great landing pad after a bisy day of sightseeing. Daniel was quick to reply to our one question and great to deal with.

Needs improvement for winter

The property was clean and in a very good location. The temperature is not adequate, it doesn’t go higher than 70F wich was very cold for us and our children. There is a room that does not have any heating vents at all, making it even colder. Bathrooms were also cold all the time, they had heating vents but seemed to not be working. One of the bath tubs was clogged. Our children enjoyed the games and books that were set on the living room and the kitchen is well equipped.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!

We have booked this property solely for the hot tub since it was in the photos of the property listings. Upon arrival we were told hot tub isn’t available. We would have preferred for the listing to not show a hot tub but this listing was unprofessional and chose to post false advertisement just to attract the customer. As a Muslim family that drove hours from the US we wanted a hot tub specifically to be in the property we choose to rent so we can have privacy instead of going to public locations. That is very wrong and unfortunate for us

Le logement était propre, spacieux, et trÚs bien équipé. Notre hÎte Daniel était disponible et trÚs réactif. Le logement est situé au calme, mais proche des transports en commun pour se rendre à Langley ou à Surrey (sky train).
