Happy with our stay

It was a clean and well kept town house. The property was located close to the highway so we had easy access to everywhere we needed to go. There were a couple of parks with in walking distance to take the kids to. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Home & Amazing host!

The pictures do not do this home justice. The host is super thorough, and put thought into every detail. The place was spotless and smells amazing. Countless amenities are included, more than you can imagine at any hotel stay. Jana, the Host is super accommodating and responsive. Spacious home, great for a couple, family or friend group, A must stay when you’re in NYC!!

The townhouse was decorated nicely & the beds were super comfortable. They had various amenities, just like a hotel, which was a great touch! Jana was super responsive & provided recommendations during our stay. We came in the evening, so it was hard to see which parking lot to turn in (it’s the 2nd one) & the parking lot is very tight. Cars would often park in non spaces, which made it hard to maneuver to get in & out. Street parking was readily available during the day, but harder to find in the late evening. We had to park a couple blocks away and didn’t always feel safe walking alone.

Delightful Details.

The cleanliness and convenience of a nice hotel with the comforts and privacy of home. Very clean. Very comfortable. Really nice decor. Things provided that one may forget to pack. Nice details like an automatic light in the hallway, so one does not need to fumble to find the switch. Lots of closet space and luggage racks. Reserved parking. Very nice kitchen. Cute outdoor space.

Cosy little townhouse

Jana is a great hostess & always helpful.This property is not too far from downtown Manhattan and also provides access to a lot more attractions. Its great for a short to medium stay. Place is amicably done, neatly kept and comes with a free parking. Two inconveniences - if you are light sleepers like us there is street noise that you cannot avoid in the bedrooms. Second, there is no washer or dish washer which we didn't mind but if you are to stay longer, keep that in mind

Clean, roomy, well appointed

I stayed here for a couple nights with my two teenage sons. The townhouse is very clean and exactly as pictured in the listing. Nice touches with extra items in the kitchen and bathrooms not normally found in many vacation rentals. Convenient for access to NYC without the higher cost of staying IN the city. Communication from the owner was good. We had one minor maintenance issue during our stay, which was resolved quickly after a call to the maintenance provider. There is some street noise from outside at times, but not enough to disturb my sleep. Overall, a good experience, would stay here again.

Great price, location & amenities

This is a great place to stay when you are in NYC. The home was immaculate, in a safe/quiet neighborhood and close to major highways/points of interest. There is a dedicated parking space right outside the front door and public transportation is close by. There are all the modern small & large kitchen appliances anyone will need. The bathrooms contained lots of essential toiletries, just in case!!! The owner quickly responded whenever I had questions. Grocery stores & restaurants are within walking distance. Major shopping areas are minutes away. I am a born & bred New Yorker who appreciates quality lodging when visiting the city. I'm there 1-3 times a year and will definitely stay here if available.

Funeral Service

This was the perfect location for the occasion and reasons of our trip. 11 minutes drive to the funeral home and the repass. The home was spectacular. It was thoroughly cleaned,very comfortable with perfect heating during our stay. Full amenities as listed on VRBO. On our final night we all sat down to watch a movie not realizing the home had numerous family games. This home offers everything you need away from home. We also had private parking which is a plus. Jana thank you for hosting us on such short notice. We appreciate your kindness. God truly led us to Casa 477. The area was quiet with lots of close eateries and shopping places. Great place, close to everything

Two things to know before you go. We didn’t find any slippers though house rules indicated bc they wanted shoes removed and slippers to be worn inside. Two, there were two cars parked in the lot but not assigned parking spots. The lot is small so it was very challenging driving an SUV ina d out of the assigned spot. Also just FYI, the property is across the street from a church that uses speakers for the whole neighborhood to hear on Sunday mornings. For light sleepers, this and the road noise could be challenging. But otherwise, it is a really cute place as advertised and definitely better than local hotels in both quality and value!
