Host was responsive and helpful. Great location across from the city. I recommend taking the Imperial Port ferry into Midtown Manhattan to get into the city.

Sehr sauberes gepflegtes Appartment, in 15 - 20 Minuten ins Centrum Manhattan mit dem Bus, schöne Skyline am Hudson, guten Kontakt mit William, der sich um alle Probleme sofort kümmerte, leider ist das Haus sehr alt und wenig gepflegt (wer ist Eigentümer?), wenig Geschirr, wenn man mit 5 Personen anreist wie wir, aber insgesamt ok

Clean, cozy, and amazing communication!!

The apartment was clean, presentable, and had all the amenities my daughter and I needed! The location was a five minute walk to the 128/165/166 NJ transit bus which took us to and from 42nd St/Port Authority Bus Terminal where we hopped on subway for our NYC adventures. The manager communicated often to ensure we didn’t need anything and responded quickly. Checking in and out was very easy. Clean towels and sheets were ready for us on arrival. A/Cs, all appliances, and water pressure in the shower worked great and zero issues during our stay!The Roku TV had streaming apps and the WiFi worked great! Apple Maps and Google maps display what public transport(bus line and subway line) to take throughout once hit your destination and select “public transit icon”!The walkway in the hall to get to the apartment isn’t the most presentable but it looked like the building was about to be updated with new tile etc. I would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Great apartment and host

The apartment was cute and clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. Communication with the host was great. It's a three floor walk-up in a safe neighborhood. It is great if you aren't driving.The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is the parking situation. There really isn't anywhere to park. Everything in West New York, NJ is by permit, so you have to plan ahead. The host provided us with some options, but we got into town very late after driving from Michigan. The parking isn't the hosts fault, but was still frustrating.
