Please note that stays are booked Saturday to Saturday in 7 day increments.

Located on the beach side of the street, this cozy beach retreat offers easy access to miles of oceanfront shoreline in either direction. Guests can enjoy the calming sounds of the waves, relaxing beach days, and convenient access to nearby local favorites including Plum Island Grille, Plum Island Kitchen, Beachcoma, Plum Island Provisions, and The Cottage. Downtown Newburyport is just a short 7 minute drive away with shopping, restaurants, and local activities, while Salisbury Beach is approximately 15 minutes away.

This property is one of three separate units located on the property and includes two private parking spaces. Unit B is located on the first floor at street level with Unit A occupying the two floors above it and Unit C located separately above the garages. Because the unit sits below dune level, there are no direct beach views from inside the home and most windows face the street side. The unit also does not include a private deck or grill.

Guests do have access to a shared private beach area located approximately 30 paces from the front door, providing direct access onto the public beach. The private beach access area is shared with Units A and C and includes a shared open air cold water outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and salt water after the beach.

Inside, the home offers approximately 732 square feet of comfortable living space with two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, a queen pullout couch, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and everything needed for a relaxing beach stay.

Please note that the private beach access area is shared with the upstairs unit, 6A Plum Royale.

Parking on Plum Island can be limited, but this property includes two private parking spaces for guests. Additional public parking lots are located nearby, including one directly across the street with an automated pay station.

A fully refundable $200 security deposit will be collected separately in addition to the reservation amount.
