Perfect stay
Property was as described. Host easy to contact and responsive. Funky little house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The backyard is perfect for families with pets and/or kids.
It looks like a park! The hot tub was ready to go and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to local and surrounding amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Central Location Close to Everything
The property had all essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent between myself and the property owner as he exceeded all expectations to make our stay as confident as possible. For those with pets or children, the back yard is huge with a wonderful mural on the back of the house. The location was excellent as it was in a great, quiet neighborhood with access to restaurants nearby. This would be a great locale for those coming down for Spring Training as it is located about 15-20 to Tempe Diablo Stadium and about 20 minutes or so to Sloan Park. For those attending Diamondback’s games, it’s about 15-20 minutes to Chase Field. We would definitely stay here again!

Last Minute Availability
After our original VRBO property for this trip was canceled on us two weeks away from arrival (Grrr, insert angry face here), we were fortunate to find this space available on short notice.
Pros: The check-in process was very simple, I liked the app they use as keys; the fenced-in yard space was very nice, with a hot tub and orange tree, and the kitchen was nicely updated. The beds were comfortable.
Suggestions would be to provide better lighting in the bathrooms, which are very dark with just the overhead light and no lighting above the mirrors.
