Modern 3 bedroom/3.5 bath main home with 2 master suites, a full kitchens, comfortable sitting areas, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, with a beautiful outdoor seating area and splurge pool. Included in the rental, a beach chairs & paddle boards for use during your stay. This home is a few blocks from downtown Coeur d'Alene, and lake Coeur d'Alene, in the heart of Sanders Beach. This home is on the running path of Iron Man.

This was a beautiful home from which to travel the greater Coeur d'Alene area from. Nathaniel, the problem manager, was super helpful and responsive.

The house is new and we'll appointed. However, it is right next to the construction site (literally across the street) and interstate. Construction is loud during the day and you can hear interstate at night. Property listing does not mention these things. We could not deal with the noise and had to get a different VRBO and move on the 2nd day of our 5 day stay. Owner would not refund any of our money back even though we told him about the issues and that we are moving after 1 night of stay there. Would not recommend.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay here. The property was spotless, and the features were very nice, including the kitchen, BBQ grill, and outdoor pool/spa. Also, Nathaniel was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay, we would like to come back our next time in CDA!

New years clebration

It was a fun place to stay. Clean and all the latest high tech stuff. This place is fun for three couples to get away. Plenty of room. Enjoyed the pool, walked to lake fireworks. Not overly stocked in the kitchen for cooking but had what we needed mostly. The carbon monoxide/ nightlights are not good, we unplugged the one in our room as it went off all night hopefully they will fix that, I left a note. Also coffee maker didn't work also left a note. We enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful and very comfortable home

This is a beautiful home that is very comfortable. It is perfectly located with just about everything you need within 5 minutes. Our family celebrated Christmas here and it was perfect. Love the high-end appliances as well as the heated plunge pool with the tv. Nathan was also very responsive and easy to work with.

Spendy but worth it

We really splurged on the rental of this home. It was very nice and had great beds and couches but maybe wasn’t fully worth the price. The hot tub was a great addition as well to help justify the cost. Not far from downtown but too far to walk to. This house was smarter than us at times but is honestly too nice to be a VRBO. As it was beat up in various ways by renters. The owner was very nice and responsive to our needs though.

Family weekend in Coer d'Alene

Came with our 2 kids' family for a total of 4 small kids. The location to downtown and the beach were good, very walkable (with a wagon for kids). House was beautiful,just as shown in the photos, very clean and Nathan was very accommodating. Pool was set to our liking, plenty of towels, etc. With our small ones, we could of used some additional plastic dishes, but the dishes were very nice. Overall a great place to stay. Thanks Nathan.

This home is a gem - totally done up right. We enjoyed the killer amenities, especially the splurge pool. Top notch home for four of us on our golf trip!

Beautiful Home! A Must Stay in CDA!

I booked this home for a special occasion celebration with some friends & wanted to stay somewhere higher-end. I made this booking not only because the images were beautiful & description included everything we wanted, but also the reviews were all very high. This home did not disappoint! This home is so beautiful & the location is great. The host was also very kind & quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Amazing house with all the amenities!

We booked this property for a fun NYE get away with some friends. The house is awesome!! Extremely modern with all the great finishing touches. The kitchen was well equipped and and the built in outdoor grill is awesome. The splurge pool (large hot tub) is a perfect spot to relax, and even catch a movie on the outdoor TV. We ended up only having 4 of us there. But the house is definitely set up for more. Nathan was quick to respond to any questions we had and extremely accommodating. I would 100 % rebook this property for our next stay in the area!

GORGEOUS home!

This home was absolutely beautiful and modern. It had all of the amenities that we could have wanted. We especially enjoyed the spa! It was nice that there were two master bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms since there were two couples on our trip. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. The technology was updated throughout the home. I wish we could have stayed long enough to utilize that beautiful chilled wine room!

Perfect Property in CDA!

Do NOT hesitate to book this property! It is lovely, incredibly well appointed, not far from downtown CDA, and the host, Nathan, is very responsive. We so enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Nathan went above and beyond to help us and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. Highly recommend!!!!!

Beautiful home

We loved staying here and the owner was so kind and responsive. Tons of space and it’s beautifully decorated. The plunge pool is perfection and the showers are amazing. It says it sleeps 10, but I’d say 7 without the twin air mattresses or 9 if you use both air mattresses. Bring your own hangers.

Family vacation

Fourth of July getaway with family This home was absolutely beautiful with top notch amenities. Refrigerator was stocked full of Fiji water when we arrived , which was a nice touch. Close to lake and golf course in the older part of town. Outdoor living space was unique and Awesome to relax in the hot tub and watch TV. There is a loft above hot tub so there could be a privacy issue if your wanting full privacy. I Would recommend this home to families with teenagers and up. Host was great and easy to communicate with.

Incredible stay in CDA.

Lots to say but Keeping it short: host is incredible. Perfect comms, easy going, and made the experience incredible for our kids. Lots of lake equipment, etc. The house is just awesome. If you like hi-tech this is probably the smartest house I’ve ever been inside. It’s very convenient and easy to use everything. The location was a surprise. I strongly recommend the neighborhood as the highway is 2 min away and downtown is 5. Bottom line I would stay here anytime visiting the area. Incredible experience.
