This was the perfect spot for our family of 8 plus 2 golden retrievers to have a fantastic weekend in Coeur D'Alene - watching the World Cup on fabulous screens with generous seating, playing golf at the Floating Island, walking the board walk, game night, and relaxing with our two dogs. Space for everything and everyone. Lovely views, including an incredible sunset. Great communication before, during and after our stay. We'll be back!

Beautiful stay!

This house was so lovely! We were there for the 4th of July so we had a beautiful view of the whole town! It was a bit of a heat wave during our stay too and even though the downstairs stays much cooler than upstairs it was very comfortable. The kids loved the games downstairs and the drive disconnects you but not too far to make a quick drive to the beach or town. Lots of beautiful sunsets!

The amenities were good, but I do think the cleanliness of the property could have been better. There were crumbs/debris on the table, floor, stains on the kitchen floor tiles (so you could tell it wasn't mopped at all), the master bath was not very clean (hair globs in the tub during my child's bath). The pots were old, and had other guest's food still on them. The most uncomfortable part of our stay was the huge difference in temperature from the bottom floor rooms (FREEEZING COLD) and the main floor (hot as could be). The A/C does not regulate the temperature at all. Not great for anyone for sleeping. On the plus side, the house did accommodate our party of 6 comfortably and the location was nice. Oh- and forget washing clothes. The dryer door doesn't even stay closed. Overall, stay was fine and we made it work. Would recommend better cleanliness and climate control of property for future guests.
