Whether you make us your basecamp for an Alaskan adventure or looking for a quiet place to explore Anchorage and its surrounds, we have you covered.

Fully furnished, spacious studio with all the amenities. Completely equipped kitchen with range and dishwasher. Full bath with stack laundry.

Easy access with no stairs.

Groceries and dinning are within easy walking distance. A short drive (or slightly longer bike ride) and you have access to South Anchorage's other fabulous amenities such as King Street and Anchorage Brewing companies, Costco, The Diamond Center Mall, great restaurants, adventure outfitters such as Cabela's and Sportsman's Warehouse and more.
Kincaid Park with miles and miles of mountain biking/hiking trails (in season cross country skiing is spellbinding) is just a 15 minute bike ride away.
Easy access to Anchorage's "Moose's Loop" a locals favorite, 30 mile loop bike trail which runs through Anchorage along Cambell Creek and over the Tim Knowles coastal trail with spectacular views of Cook's Inlet.
We have easy access to the Seward Hwy and all of the Kenai Peninsula. Girdwood and the Alyeska tram, hiking, biking, dinning is a very scenic 40 minute drive south.
Whatever your adventure be assured you will have a quiet, restful place to come back to and recoup for your next outing.

Home is owner occupied (English/French). The studio has a private entrance and generous views of the Chugach Range along with scattered views of Campbell Lake.

Perfect place for us to stay, in town for a family celebration near Jewel Lake. We loved our “layover” as our hosts could not have been more charming and our space was perfectly appointed for a cozy, convenient, and relaxing home away from home!

Great place to stay in Anchorage

Super cute studio apartment, comfy bed, very private. Washing machine and dryer was very helpful. Good wireless. It’s a ten minute drive to downtown
about 20 on lift. It is near the bike path so a person could in theory rent bikes and bicycle downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Winter Scenery

Very nice setting. It was quiet and comfortable. View of the mountain tops , beautiful peaceful scenery. Host was right there if we needed anything. I would stay there again.

Sweet little place. Best equipped spot ever!

Julie and Charles have made this place as comfortable as possible. This may be the best decorated and most thoughtful place we have ever stayed. Enjoyed it. 10 out of 10!

Fabulous Hidden Gem

Loved staying in this cozy unit during some recent business meetings in Anchorage. The host was easy to communicate with, responded promptly, and was very friendly. The unit was well put together, clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the gas fireplace! I would highly recommend to others and stay here again in the future. Thank you for a great stay! Cozy and Quiet

Great property and location. I worked from this home for a week and it was just perfect. I had everything I needed, and more. The pictures represent the space well and it was clean in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Close access to shopping and recreation. I would love to return here again.

Delightful!

Accommodations for this vacation rental in Anchorage were very, very comfortable. It was surprisingly spacious for a studio with a bright, beautiful view of the mountains on a clear day. The decor was delightful with lots of attention to detail. If it’s cool, you’ll have a convenient gas fireplace and cozy soft blankets to take the chill off with a massive TV to entertain you. And I can’t say enough about the hosts who took care of any and all my needs and whose company I enjoyed so much! This vacation unit is a gem!

Walking

The property and surrounding area are very clean and welcoming. I enjoyed almost everything this had. The hosts lives upstairs. They are very nice people but don’t know how loud some of their walking is. I would be watching tv with my headphones on and still be startled by the sound coming from upstairs.

Delightful suite

Words just cannot describe fully the quality of this studio unit. Fresh, clean, bright, spacious and decorated with a coastal farmhouse motiff. The owners have gone the extra mile to make sure everything is provided. Just bring yourself, suitcase and food. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Julie and Charles are great hosts and always available. Five stars is not good enough.

Lovely studio

The studio was very cute and comfortable! The neighborhood was great! We were visiting Anchorage for my nephew’s high school graduation. I stayed there with my mom. The location was very convenient to my brother’s house, Fred Meyer, and downtown Anchorage. We had a minor problem with the heat the first night. But Julie was able to address it the next morning. It is a studio underneath the main house with access to it through the garage. There were a few things that were difficult to access for short people without a step stool. (I’m 5’2” and my mom is 4’10”). The microwave is on top of a nearly full size refrigerator
 but we made do. Also being on the ground floor you could hear the movements of the occupants of the main house
. But we got used to that over time. I would definitely recommend and next time I’m in Anchorage - would stay here again.
