We had a lovely stay in Holland at The George. The unit was beautiful and tidy, located perfectly in downtown near charming shops and delicious restaurants, and had all the “homey” amenities we needed. The free parking spot right outside made it even better. Chris was a wonderful, friendly host — so nice to run into you outside upon our arrival! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you!

Great stay downtown Holland

We’ve stayed in a similar place last year and they are appointed nicely, clean, private, and perfect for a long weekend or week. Convenient to breakfast spots and downtown shopping.

The condo was right downtown on 8th street. All the shops and stores were within walking distance. Loved coming back to a clean and simple condo. Would highly recommend for a couples get away. We will be back.

Stay at the George

The rental was great. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Holland with restaurants and coffee shops right downstairs. The owners were very responsive, accommodating and very helpful with anything we needed. The place is spotless and has everything you need. Will definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Great downtown Holland rental

Amazing location on East 8th Street in the heart of downtown Holland, MI. Unit is well appointed. The host provides almost everything you need. Property is secure with cameras monitoring the entries. Dedicated parking on site is awesome especially during busy times. Nice, local, attentive hosts. Excellent rental in a great location and town. Highly recommend The George and The Evelyn. We are already planning our next stay.

Quiet escape in the heart of Holland

The loft style condo was great for our girls trip to Holland for the Tulip Festival. This was our first time in Holland and we did not know how crowded it can be become. Being right downtown was perfect to walk for coffee, dinner and shopping. The Tulip Festival is also walking distance. Having a parking space was especially helpful to see the surrounding areas. The condo itself was clean, well appointed and modern. We loved the charm of the exposed brick. The condo offered a quiet retreat from busy downtown. Would book again if we return to Holland.

Heart of Holland

Clean, comfortable and super convenient. The apartment felt brand new and nicely designed, and provided everything needed for our small family getaway. Also gave us great access to all things in downtown Holland as well as some nearby site seeing attractions. Check in and check out were also very simple. It was a particularly nice touch to be offered a possible early check in time, as well as a slightly later check out time than what we typically see. Even offered extended parking on site if we needed it. All around great stay.

the best location!

Beautiful new short term rental apartment right in the middle of downtown. This George suite is the middle of the building. It has a small balcony with a view of the building next door. There was a requirement to take out our own trash to a certain dumpster at the northwest(?) part of the parking lot behind a certain shoe store. I would expect to take out our trash if we were staying long enough to have more than half a bag of trash, but after paying over a thousand dollars for a premium apartment, including a sizable "cleaning fee" I did not like having to collect the trash from the bathroom, add it to the half full kitchen bag and find the right dumpster when we were checking out.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us! We appreciate your feedback on our house rule to have the garbage taken out. Unfortunately, we ran into issues with guests placing garbage in the hallways, stairwells, and outside of the building that impacted the experience for other guests. While we understand that taking the garbage out to the proper disposal location may be an inconvenience, we feel it's a better option than allowing garbage to be placed in common areas.

Clean, modern condo right in the middle of downtown Holland. Parking is a breeze. All restaurants, shops and bars within close walking distance. Perfect for a long weekend getaway. We had a blast. Highly recommend!

Great Holland downtown location.

This is an awesome condo in a great Holland location. It was easy in and out and right in the middle of all that you love in Holland.
