Notre unité de 1 chambre a une vue magnifique sur la marina et le lac Macatawa. La chambre a un lit king size. Cette unité dispose également d'une machine à laver. Le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit et d'une cuisine avec des appareils haut de gamme. L'unité d'une chambre a une porte adjacente et peut également être louée avec une unité de 3 chambres (VRBO # 418030) seulement.

Situé sur le côté nord du lac Macatawa, cette unité dans les cabines est une nouvelle location de vacances entièrement meublée située au deuxième étage de Yacht Basin Plaza, au cœur de Yacht Basin Marina. Cette unité a vue sur le lac et est équipée de tout le confort de la maison. Notre plaza offre le centre de conférence de bassin de yacht, le service de bateau et les pourvoiries, le magasin de partie en bas de la trappe, le salon et le spa de jour d'Anew, les ventes de yacht de Grand Banks et les investissements de Capital Harbour. Également situé sur la propriété près de la piscine est LoLo's Bar & Grill. Le LoLo's est un restaurant extérieur à quai avec vue sur le front de mer, bons plats et boissons glacées!

Notre piscine chauffée est ouverte le week-end du Memorial Day jusqu'à la première semaine de septembre.

En raison de glissements ouverts très limités en 2017, vous DEVEZ faire une réservation pour une location de glissement transitoire pendant votre séjour. Veuillez contacter Gwenn. Les invités en cabine bénéficient d'une remise de 20% sur les locations de bordereaux. Il n'y a aucun frais d'annulation. Il y a un parking gratuit pour votre remorque de bateau et il y a une rampe de lancement publique juste à côté.

Situé à distance de marche est Holland State Park avec ses vastes plages de sable fin, le mont. Pisgah, Winstrom Park, location de kayak, canoë et planche debout, location de jet ski et de bateau, location de vélo et miles de pistes cyclables.

OUVERT TOUTE L'ANNÉE. Les cabines ne sont pas seulement une destination estivale. Rendez-nous visite au printemps pour le célèbre festival des tulipes aux Pays-Bas. L'automne est le moment idéal pour profiter d'une visite en couleur, faire de la randonnée ou cueillir des pommes. En hiver, vous pouvez faire du ski de fond, faire de la luge ou vous émerveiller devant les icebergs du lac Michigan. Le centre-ville de Holland est un endroit idéal pour faire du shopping même en hiver, avec des trottoirs chauffés et un foyer extérieur pour vous garder au chaud.

Good Location

Good central location. Lots of parking. On a trail for an easy run/walk. We had a nice view of the marina. Everything in the description was accurate and we would stay here again.

We love the Yacht Basin Marina! We have stayed there 3 times now. This room, and the others that we have stayed in, was clean, comfortable, huge, had a great view and quiet. We cannot say enough good things about the property, the people managing it and the location. We love it!

Everything was turn-key, easy check-in, secure entrances, elevators & stairwell....this unit looks brand new. Very spacious, great view of the marina. 5 stars all the way.

Truly enjoyed this smartly appointed condo during our stay. Watching boats coming and going, visiting the pool and play area, and being able to have ample room to move around the unit helped make time with our almost 3 yo granddaughter the best trip to-date! Super plush towels, cleaning supplies, the staff's ability to remove feathers for our allergies and the wonderful welcome basket with note made our time better. Meier delivery was a bonus. Truly felt safe and secure the entire time with keys and fobs to work doors and elevators. Neighbors had some rowdy littles but who doesn't get excited about the lake and having fun?!? I know my sweet little family did! Thanks to Chrissy and her team of magic elves for making our trip fantastic! We will be returning!!!

Good location and plenty of parking

Everything was excellent, except there should be more lights (only dining room table light and one floor lamp) and more tables. At night the room was quite dark and unable to read. We had to use a dining room chair as a table.

The Staterooms Unit 2P Holland Mitchigan

Would not recommend this accommodation as air conditioning unit was so noisey after five night we had to move out to alternative accommodation.The roof is corrugated iron and contract and expands with the difference in temperature with load noices throughout the night. No kettle in unit so to make tea or coffee you had to boil water in microwave or on the stove definitely not worth the money charged for this unit. Only basic facilities at five star price

We would have hoped by bringing in a heating and cooling professional on a Sunday evening and again a secondary heating and cooling professional on Monday, that the problem would have been resolved. Unfortunately for your experience the heating and cooling was operating properly without excessive noise. We apologize for not providing a tea kettle, however we do provide coffee makers in all of our units.

Great with a couple reservations

Everything was good—the kids loved the pool, the location is nice, we loved having the store on the first floor, and it was lovely being able to open the windows to listen to the rain on the lake. However, there are a couple things that would need to be considered if I were to stay again. The kitchen is very minimally stocked (there were no bowls and only one coffee mug; not a problem if you know ahead of time and can bring what you need, but we didn't so the kids ate cereal out of glasses) and the neighboring apartment's kitchen table is right next to the door that connects the rooms. When they started playing games at 10pm, as the kids were going to sleep, it was incredibly loud, as if they were in our own kitchen. They weren't being exceptionally loud, just normal vacation fun but the kids weren't able to sleep (my daughter was on the pullout couch in the living room right next to the door) until they went to bed. If I knew the people staying in that unit, I would stay there again but probably not if I don't.

Excellent location and management, Chrissy was the best!!! She helped me with everything we needed!

Beautiful location and nicely appointed furnishings. I LOVED having my entire family together. We rented 2N THE LARGEST unit and the attached unit next door. Ample room with bathrooms attached to all bedrooms. The building was VERY secure with locked exterior doors at all times. Great location near Lake Michigan, ice-cream store, restaurants and shops. Outdoor pool and pretty boats to look at from the outside patio of the unit. Best time ever!

Very pretty view and spacious

The accommodations were just what we were looking for, we have a 5 year old and 10 month old; the long hallway was great for racing cars, rolling a ball, etc. Location near Holland State Park was great too, rode our bikes there which worked out great, some people said they waited in the car line 3 hrs to get in. My only issue was towels...simple fix but only 2 sets of towels for 5 days for 4 people and no kitchen towels:/

It was great. Room, parking, convenience was great. Lolo staff not very friendly. Kept hearing noises from the ceiling , walls, in our unit. Was not others renters. Overall stay was great. Would do it again

Great stay next to Lake Macatawa

My wife and I wanted a place near Lake Macatawa where we kayaked. We were very pleased with the accommodations and the service we received. The apartment was very basic; however, it was huge and more than met our needs. We appreciated that the owners had furnished it with “start-up” supplies, such as laundry soap. It was also a bonus that they have a general store on location for the day-to-day essentials you may need. If you have a family, this is a fantastic location. Not only is it on Lake Macatawa, but it’s very near Holland State Park and Lake Michigan. While we didn’t use their large pool, several families did and seemed to be enjoying themselves. If you are hunting for a romantic get-a-way, this probably isn’t it. However, we highly recommend this property if you are looking for a really great place to take your family for a fun time together.
