Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and more all in a 1 mile radius. Casinos are only 3 minutes away. This cozy townhouse features 2 nice sized bedrooms, comfy beds and TV's. Master bedroom features access to airy sun room and private backyard. Smart lock allows for easy access and self check-in.

Children are welcome, but we did not list it as child friendly because there are
stairs to a loft.
The space
Cozy but spacious rooms and living area with warm colors and comfortable beds. Smart TV’s in bedrooms and living area. One bath downstairs has tub/shower combo as well as washer and dryer (laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided). Workspace located in the loft, along with another TV and Game Cube. Upstairs has a second bathroom with lots of counter space and shower.

Whole townhouse with it’s own entrances and small, fenced backyard.

This townhouse is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores in the immediate vicinity. The unit was clean and the beds were super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Lake Charles.

Great location

My husband, dog, and I stayed here for a wedding at a nearby venue. It was 5-10 minutes from anywhere we needed to be for the entire wedding weekend, with tons of eating and shopping options nearby. The property was very clean and was well supplied.

This was my first time staying here and it won’t be my last such a cute townhome and way bigger than I thought cute sunroom clean furniture was comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms are clean. I really really like the area easy to get in and out you can park for cars I would definitely stay here again and When I needed to call the owners, they responded within five seconds. Don’t miss out on a cute place.

We had a great stay while visiting family in Lake Charles. Everything was very comfortable and had a great night's sleep in comfy beds. Our daughter especially enjoyed having her own little space up in the loft area. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything we needed as well. Rick was also very responsive to our questions and made sure we were settled. Highly recommend!

Great townhouse close to Casinos

The townhouse was well lit on the outside and very clean on the inside. The space was cozy and comfortable. The bed, bed linens, and pillows were great! We’ve stayed in a lot of rentals and this one had the best beds, linens, and pillows! The townhouse was well stocked, too. The communication with the owner was excellent. My questions were answered in a timely manner and Rick reached out to check on our stay several times. We enjoyed our time spent there and it was so close to the casinos, which was our purpose for visiting Lake Charles. The pet accommodations were great too, with a fenced in backyard, which kept me from having to leash them each time going outside. Overall, I give this place a 5-star rating. We want to stay here again when we visit Lake Charles in the future.

Clean and Comfy

We enjoyed this property. It’s close to restaurants, grocery store and casinos. It has spacious rooms and was just a comfortable over all stay for an adult getaway.
