This apartment (Cactus) is located right on the long sandy beach in Kino Nuevo. It is spacious and brand new. It sleeps 5 people comfortably (max 7) and has a fully equipped kitchen.

The place was perfect. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and amazing…Management was extremely kind and helpful, both before our arrival and during our stay. The view was all we hoped for. We will be returning and staying here each time.

Great rental with nice views

This two bedroom unit has a nice private balcony with ocean views that you can watch the sun rise or set from. It’s also nice to walk up and down the beach from the property.

Beautiful Experience

Christel was very friendly and welcoming to myself and family. We arrived late, but she was kind enough to wait outside so we could find the place. The space was very clean, nicely decorated relaxful and just what my family needed. Thanks again for all your hospitality and making us feel so welcome! I definitely recommend to anyone lookjng for a safe, enjoyable and beautiful vacation!!

KINO GETAWAY

This is a new condo on the beach. Great location. Crystal the owner lives next door and is there to assist if you need something. Kitchen has all you need to fix meals. Heat and A/C in each room. Large shower and bath. Great balcony looking out over the beach and Sea of Cortez. I have been coming to Kino for over 30 years and can say this is one of the nicest places we have rented.

Birthday getaway

Decided on a quick birthday getaway. I wanted a place on the beach and this place fit the bill just right. Location is great with a store across the street, directly on the beach with a large patio and little wash area when you’re done at the beach. The owners were great and very informative. Had everything we needed, and was quite comfortable. Would stay here again.

Wonderful

This property was just what we had been looking for. It is right on the beach and there is a store caddy corner to it so it was extremely convenient. The owners Christel and Miguel were extremely kind and available if we had any questions. We will define be coming back to stay on our next trip to Kino.

Unfortunately hosting Jacqueline was not a great experience. She did not respect our very clearly stated house rules; maximum 7 guests turned into about 13 people, maybe more. I lost count, frankly. Some did not stay the night, but all made ample use of the apartment, shower, kitchen etc during the day. No communication about that either. After her departure we noticed a destroyed Kitchen cabinet, which she tried to hide with a towel. Once again, no communication about that. Would not recommend hosting Jacqueline.
