Welcome to this newly renovated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Ski In/Ski Out Retreat with beautiful mountain views located at The Summit at Silvercreek. Located in Granby Ranch, this unit is steps away from the Kicking Horse Lodge Lift and located near the base of the mountain and main lodge located at Granby Ranch. Granby Ranch offers multiple ski trails, ski rentals and schools for all ages allowing for a perfect family vacation. The Main Lodge offers restaurants, bars and rentals for convenience year-round. In addition to skiing, Granby Ranch offers activities year-round, including but not limited to mountain biking, hiking trails, golfing and fishing. Additional nearby ski slopes include Winter Park and Mary Jane. Our condo is also a short drive to amazing lakes, springs, horseback riding, rafting and tubing. This beautiful condo features amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and access to community perks like a heated pool, sauna and fitness center.

Interior: This large 1071 sq foot 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the 2nd floor has a spacious plan with two bedrooms/two bathrooms located on the main floor of the unit with a third bedroom located in the loft. Our deck provides beautiful mountain views. Kitchen boasts granite, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances, which includes a full stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.

Nice place to stay and inside was very clean and nice, my only complaint is that it was very complicated to find in the dark late at night! If you’re not familiar with CO, it’s hard to find an exact address for the building and good sinage, so we spent about an hour driving around trying to find our actual condo to check in to at midnight, because we had a late flight. So being more prepared on where exactly you are going and staying is important. Also, it was confusing to find the pool, as the typical pool house was closed so I had to ask around to figure out how to access the pool. Once we got access, the pool was beautiful.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a great time staying at this location! There were a couple minor maintenance issues that were promptly resolved by the owner and communication with them was excellent! It was the perfect snowy getaway! We did not ski but it was right by the slopes on the resort!

We stayed here for a family vacation with children. The location was great. My daughter accidentally left her stuffed animal that she bought on vacation, and the hosts were kind enough to mail it back to us. We would definitely stay again.

Family Friendly

Nice property that was family friendly for both adults and children. After a few hiccups with maintenance issues the rest of the stay went off without a hitch. Great location for lots of family fun for the week.

Great condo right by ski lift

This condo has such an incredible location for people wanting to hit the slopes at Granby Ranch! The owners are new, but they are very communicative and helpful when needed. I can’t wait to stay at this property again!

Cute Property/ Close to Slopes

Property very cute and convenient to the slopes. Ski in/Ski out 20 yards from front apartment. Everything we needed to help us cook and relax was available. My daughter (14yr) enjoyed the loft area which gave her some personal space from her two sisters. Enjoyed our stay!
