Mountain Condo # 63 - Ski, Golf, Randonnée, Vélo et Pêche - Tout ce que vous cherchez dans une escapade en montagne ... accès direct à la piste de ski, hébergement confortable, spacieux et propre et une vue sur la montagne!
Depuis le salon de ce très grand condo, vous pouvez voir les pistes de ski du domaine skiable Ski Granby Ranch (anciennement Sol Vista), l’arrière-neuf du parcours de golf de Granby Ranch et les sommets du parc national Rocky Mountain! Profitez des nombreuses choses à faire juste en dehors de votre condo, ou vous détendre sur la grande terrasse avec vue et couchers de soleil à couper le souffle.

BESOIN DE PLUS D'UNE UNITÉ? Nous possédons également Mountainside # 41 et nous allons essayer de coordonner les deux unités ensemble. Entrez 1335723 dans la barre de recherche.

En hiver, le ski est une promenade facile sur 100 verges qui mène à la piste menant au secteur de la base et au bar-restaurant Granby Ranch 7 Trails. Vous voulez plus de défi? Le domaine skiable de Winter Park Resort, un autre grand domaine de ski alpin / vélo, est facilement accessible en voiture.

La cuisine entièrement équipée a été récemment rénové avec des sculptures sur bois uniques et une partie d'un bar rustique de type avec des accents de bois locaux. Rénovation complétée avec de nouveaux murs, des sols en vinyle de luxe, des boiseries rustiques, des portes, un téléviseur Samsung à écran plat, un lecteur Blu Ray et une cuisine bien approvisionnée (épices, cuisine de base, Keurig, etc.).

Chambres à coucher: Les deux chambres ont de nouveaux matelas confortables et une literie de luxe améliorée, ainsi qu'un futon double dans le salon. Maître BR a un lit Queen; la deuxième chambre a un lit superposé en pin massif Twin over Queen que les kiddos ou un autre couple vont adorer.
Exceptionnellement grand condo avec d'immenses fenêtres dans le salon et la chambre principale pour profiter de la vue magnifique. Grande salle à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et 2 sièges supplémentaires sur l’îlot central. Pour une vie plus facile, nous avons installé une laveuse / sécheuse de grande taille et à efficacité optimale (unité rare ici) et un accès Internet sans fil gratuit!

Raquette: Prenez l’ascenseur Quick Draw du domaine skiable de Granby Ranch pour entamer une belle et facile randonnée en raquettes sur le sentier Nature’s Way offrant une vue imprenable sur la ligne de partage des eaux et les pentes du ranch de Granby. Ou, conduire à Rocky Mountain National Park (PNMR) Kawuneeche Visitor Center, à 30 minutes, pour de nombreux sentiers de grande et demander quand les Park Rangers guident des randonnées en raquettes. Ce sont des randonnées guidées très spéciales dans des zones intactes du PNMR.

Piscine / bain à remous: Mountainside bénéficie de privilèges à l'Inn at Silvercreek, situé à 3 km de distance et proposant une piscine intérieure / extérieure, 4 bains à remous, un sauna, des terrains de racquetball et un petit centre de remise en forme. Les informations d'accès sont fournies avec les instructions de réservation.

Vélo de montagne: en été, le ranch de Granby est l'un des meilleurs clubs de vélo de montagne de descente au monde. Grand County propose des centaines de kilomètres de superbes pistes de VTT pour tous les niveaux de motards.

Golf: Grand County compte quatre excellents terrains de golf. Le fond neuf du Granby Ranch Golf (anciennement Headwaters) est visible depuis le pont. Le club-house est à seulement un kilomètre et propose de la nourriture et des boissons pour votre plaisir.

Pêche? Nous avons une pêche de classe mondiale dans les fleuves Fraser et Colorado. Si vous aimez la pêche dans les lacs ou la navigation de plaisance, les lacs Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain et Granby sont à moins de 30 minutes. Arrêtez-vous au Budget Tackle à Granby pour tous vos besoins de pêche.

Everything was pretty much as advertised. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were clean and comfortable. Access was simple and straightforward. The views were wonderful. My only knock on the place was that the communal Grill got no hotter than 250.

Wonderful, well equipped place to stay

We stayed here for a week. It is one of the most well equipped places we've stayed with games, books, swim towels, and lot's of equipment in the kitchen. The knives were even sharp! The location is close to a grocery store, wonderful hikes and YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch where you can get reasonably priced day passes. In the evenings, we enjoyed the heated pool and sitting on the balcony watching the hummingbirds feed from the hummingbird feeder. There is some construction going on across the road but it wasn't loud enough to disturb us provided entertainment for our youngest.

Clean and Cozy

This was such a great place to stay with my family for a baseball tournament weekend. The pool was small but worked great. The property was quiet and we loved the hummingbird feeder. This property had everything we needed including great toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, nice towels and sheets. And check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. We are thinking about going back for the winter to ski.

A perfect stay in Colorado for skiing

We are a family of 5 with adult and teenagers and we had the best week at this cosy location this Christmas/New Year.The apartment was roomy for the 5 of us, and has direct access to the slopes. The slopes was perfect with several easier slopes to select between.We would love to come back another time.

Welcoming Home in a perfect location!

We were thrilled with our choice to stay at this property! It was exactly as advertised in a safe surrounding and convenient location with so much to explore! The home felt warm and truly welcoming- the kitchen was well stocked, beds were super comfortable, there were many "extras" that we don't usually find in other places. HIGHLY recommend this property and we would stay here again upon returning to Granby!

Beautiful View and Wonderful Condo

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The interior of condo was basically brand new and the exterior and grounds are perfectly maintained. The owners were great!

Great location, great condo!

Condo was as described and nicely located with easy access to the ski area. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommended.

We've been vacationing at Granby Ranch for many years. Our kids learned to ski here and they still enjoy this mountain for skiing and for all the other seasons. Since it's only a quick 2 hour drive from Parker (South Denver) we're able to come up for long weekends and take advantage of all the awesome activities Grand County has to offer. We hope you enjoy your time at our condo as much as we do!

While searching for our condo, we stayed at several within the area and this one was perfect - the master bedroom is situated on the back side so it has an amazing view of the Valley. It was completely updated and we felt comfortable from our first step inside the front door. Close proximity to ski resort, restaurants, activities and City Market grocery store make it an easy to enjoy the outdoors but with amenities close by.

Comfort - natural gas fireplace on thermostat which keeps us toasty warm during cold Colorado nights.
Amenities - from flat screen TV's to new mattresses we strive to make this feel like home.
View - the Valley outside our deck is gorgeous and we enjoy every cup of coffee sitting and savoring the beauty.
Space - We are a family of 5 and there is space for everyone.
Location - A short walk to the slopes in the winter or swimming pool in the summertime, we appreciate being so close to the Base. We also love the 30 minute drive to either Grand Lake (Rocky Mountain Natl Park) or Winter Park / Fraser area.
