We booked this house for my Gender Reveal with my family. IT WAS AN UNFORGETABLE EXPERIENCE! House is beautiful, starting from the area of the beach, the house structure & the large porch outside with lots of table space. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable & home is equiped with many things! My whole family enjoyed this stay. The host was fabulous, very flexible & very communicative. I would definitely come back in a heartbeat here.

Best stay ever we’ll be coming back

This was a last-minute mini vacation, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. We especially loved how easy it was to walk to the beach—the access was super convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which made for relaxing day and restful night. We slept great and really appreciated the ice-cold air conditioning and the available cleaning tools during our stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing home with the best ocean view! The host was very nice and quickly to respond. We had no issues at all staying here for our son’s graduation get-together. The home was very spacious and we loved how almost every room had their own restroom. The downstairs was perfect to host events and it already had tables and chairs to use. We also loved that it had 2 refrigerators. & It was super clean! Our family left wanting to come back to this house on our next gathering. The views were just breath-taking! Nancy was such a great host!

Family Time

We loved the location, right on the beach. The house had huge bedrooms with plenty of room for children. The air conditioners worked well. The house was very clean and I was able to speak with the host easily. The big room downstairs worked well for family games. The only thing that could be improved would be a larger dining table. We had a good time!

Annual Galveston family trip

Property was great private beach even on the 4 th of July house was beautiful had great amenities offered a variety of sleeping options for family. Bunk beds for kids all bathrooms beautiful. First time in 6 years I had the code for the house day before. Took all the stress out of the day. And property manager answered quickly to all request. Offered 2 full refrigerators and a mini fridge. Lots of room to make and keep ice. And groceries. Would choose this home again was the best house yet

Back Stairs

We were informed no stairs at the back porch due to the storm the same day of our arrival. Someone should have come by and fix it the same day! No regular broom except fir a small one that look like a toy broom. I do believe the night charged amount $ is high for the house.

Property Needs Work

Beautiful property on the beach. Major plumbing issues and facade is deteriorating. One entrance through a hot garage and up two flights of stairs, not good for seniors.

Wedding and Easter

We planned a small wedding and Easter weekend on this property and it was amazing! The owner was very responsive at every text message or email. Property was clean and up to date. No need to bring tables, table cloths or chairs as we were able to rent them there. The view was amazing! Easy access to shops in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful in every way

My husband and I chose to have our wedding at Sunbather by the Sea and it is the BEST decision we made. The views are absolutely stunning. The house has everything you need to accommodate a large group of family and friends and is just gorgeous. Nancy was extremely communicative, friendly, and thorough.

awesome week

Our extended family just spent a week here. The place was great and we all had a great week. Kids had a blast playing in the ocean during the day. And crabbing at night. Two different families had never even seen the ocean before. So they enjoyed it and loved the beach house. Miss Nancy was great for putting up with our large group. She answered every question quickly and worked with us the whole time. Would definitely recommend this place for sure. Or any other place miss Nancy is the host of. We plan on staying here again. Thanks for everything Miss Nancy.

Family Vacation

Great house with lots of space for everyone to sleep. It is a very short walk to the beach. Only complaint would be that the living room and table do not have enough places for everyone to sit. Other than that, would recommend. We will book again!
