With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, Beachin’ Time can accommodate 13 guests. This spacious home features luxurious characteristics throughout and provides ample space for each traveler to unpack and unwind. Discover the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom on the first floor of the home. Your kitchen comes fully equipped making it easy to whip up snacks for the beach or maybe even a homecooked meal. Enjoy dinner gathered around the separate dining area and reflect on your favorite moments from your day in the sun. The living room is cozy and inviting providing the perfect spot to relax with your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV before heading to bed. Through the living room is where you will find a private patio and the private pool. The private patio makes it easy to enjoy the Coastal Alabama weather even after you have left the beach. The master bedroom includes a Smart TV, spacious closet, and private bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower.

The second floor is home to the remaining bedrooms and the second bathroom. Each bedroom also comes with a Smart TV and closet space. The third bedroom includes bunk beds making it the perfect room for families with young children. Lots of laughs are sure to come from this room! Beach before school

Enjoyable long weekend with my children and grandchildren before school starts. Property was all that was advertised, plenty of space and the pool was great!

The Perfect Trip!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay at, we had the best time. Every time the pool guy came, a lady neighbor felt the need to come over without introducing herself like she owned the place and questioned him non stop which was a bit excessive. Besides that, no complaints!đŸ€©

I booked a trip for me and my 4 daughters for a mommy and me quick get away. I was impressed from the time we pulled up! The location was on the main strip. Located close to allll the main eateries! It was less than a 300yard walk to the beach and I had 4 children (1 being a 2 yr old in tow) so if I can do it anyone can lol. There was comfy lounge chairs around the pool and the deck to have some shade which was nice. The night lights in the pool was soooo neat!!! We danced to our favorite songs thanks to Alexa, and played cards all complimentary to the wonderful house. It was so nicely decorated! It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. Lots of towels and comfy beds and pillows. We had bay views behind the house and to the right which At sunset were just soo pretty. We would definitely recommend and come back to stay!!

When we got into the house we noticed the air continues the bunk room which had 4 beds was not working so I called and was told they would get a hold of the property manager and would be out that next morning. Around noon I called again and was told that the air conditioning would not be fixed at all while we was there and that there is a fan in the closet. So they know it was out. The room was miserable for the people staying in the room. The pooll was never cleaned the whole time we was there either.

Had to call maintenance 3x’s for issues. Mattress pads were filthy on beds, air conditioner did not work in one bedroom, pool was full of bugs and dirt, and dishwasher had something melted to it and was full of water upon arrival and had a terrible odor. House next to this one sewerage overflowed and was all under carport so smelled like sewage the entire weekend. Very unhappy with the house.

good location for beach

We did enjoy the location and how close it was to the beach (5 min walk). There is a coffee shop in the convenience station close by and was an easy walk. We also appreciated the pool in the backyard with how warm it got during the day! Pool lit up at night! We really appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach! A couple of things we wish it had: - beach chairs or toys available for it being so close to the beach -umbrella for shade on the patio -a pool skimmer to clean the pool (the one available was broken and the pool was kind of dirty) - a full length mirror in the house - there were very few mirrors and we had multiple girls staying at the house -outdoor lights would not turn on and the lights by the pool would not turn on - we were short two bath towels for the number of people in our party. We made it work by using extra beach towels. -hairdryer available Overall had a good stay though!
