Wine tours, boating, fishing, skiing, and snowmobiling. Whether you need the peace and quite of an afternoon by the pool, or great hiking, we have room for you to park your boat or snowmobile trailer. Along with the opportunity for supervised interaction with Horses and Alpacas.

The space was very clean and easily accessible. The house owner Don was very polite and showed us around the property. Got to meet the horses and the alpacas. The property was in a beautiful area.

This is a heavenly place, you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The host is also fabulous! We spent our days in the pool and nights by the fire!! Highly recommend

A Country Get-Away

Nice quiet place in a country setting. The unit was clean, updated and comfortable. If I'm ever back in the Sodus Bay area, I would stay there again.

Amazing experience We were greeted by our amazing host, Don. Given a tour of the property and animals. The place was spacious and extremely clean. We would highly recommend his place, and look forward to staying again.

Like A Postcard

I can't recommend this place enough. Don is such a sweet man and welcomed me and my children who I came to New York to visit. The setting is picture perfect. So quiet and restful. The barn, horses, alpacas, everything is straight out of a postcard. I will most definitely return.

Enjoyed everything about Rodney’s stay quiet, polite, and respectful of everything. Very pleasant to speak with Rodney , I just loved seeing the family enjoying the pool, patio & the animals. Really hope he finds his way back here sometime.

An excellent experience

Our stay was amazing. From the moment my group arrived we were stunned by the property. It’s located on a beautiful farm with plenty of space for walks, alpacas, and horses. The patio and pool were the perfect place for outdoor hangs and the inside was a great place to relax after a great day. The owner of the property was very helpful and friendly. It was an excellent experience

Animal lovers

Don was a gracious host. We had a group of 2 teenagers and 2 adults. The property was beautiful. Don allowed us to pet and feed the alpacas and love on the horses while he explained all their stories of how he got them. He rescues almost all of his animals on the farm. He is easily available if you need anything! Highly recommended and plan on staying there again.
