This modern and stylish fifth-floor condo offers the perfect launching pad for your next Gulf Coast vacation. The open layout and floor-to ceiling French doors that open onto your private balcony let tons of light into the welcoming, tastefully decorated space. Grab some coffee and step out to the balcony for some sweet sunshine in the morning, and then head inside to the well-equipped, full kitchen to make some breakfast. Dine together at the adjacent table, then slip into your swimsuit and head out for the day. Shared amenities at your condo include a gym if you're feeling energetic, as well as beach and oceanfront pools, if you're feeling like a chaise lounge is calling your name. Onsite golf is also available for an extra fee.

After a day of fun, come home to relax in the central air-conditioning. Grab dinner from one of dozens of nearby restaurants, and settle in on one of the comfy sofas for a little TV before bed. Can’t agree on what to watch? No problem – both bedroom suites have TVs too, as well as direct balcony access and en suite bathrooms. Tuck the littles into the fun bunk nook by the kitchen, grab a frosty beverage, and step back out onto your balcony to toast your good luck at booking the perfect beach escape.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
