Any time an issue is reported, we have housekeeping go in and address any complaints or unsatisfactory conditions on behalf of the guest. It is very hard to please everyone as mattresses seem to be an area that everyone seems to have a different opinion on. Some guests prefer firmer and some guests prefer softer. We would've happily addressed any issues with cleaning for you during your stay had we known of them. We have not had any complaints regarding the items you have mentioned in your 3 star review, however, we will be checking into these issues. Lance, We are saddened by your review, but completely understand why, by your explanation and the details you shared. We wish we would've been alerted of the housekeeping issues upon arrival so we could've had an opportunity to have them addressed while you were here. As for any missing items, such as blankets, towels, etc., we would've been able to bring you those items to make your stay more enjoyable. We hate you had issues with the noise while you were here and hope that despite the issues mentioned, that you were able to enjoy some part of your stay. Shaina, Thank you for taking the time to let us know of the issues involved with this property after your stay with us was over. We would've happily assisted with any of the items mentioned had they been brought to our attention during your stay. We would've also handled any missing kitchen items you needed for meal prep. How can we help make your stay a memorable one if we are not made aware of issues you encounter during your stay with us??? Had we known about the floors, housekeeping could've easily been dispatched to get the floors handled. The leaks you are mentioning around the vents are very common to our area due to the high humidity and guests enjoying the beach views, while leaving the doors/windows open with the a/c running full blast. This causes moisture and condensation to accumulate on the vents and sometimes the floors. This property is NOT pet friendly to guests but owners are allowed to bring their dogs if they choose. This is the responsibility of the condo association to manage and has nothing to do with the unit itself. We provide arrival information by email to all of our guests so check-in is done without ever having to come to our office and specifically tells guests how many parking passes are included with the booking, the location of parking passes and if they need any additional passes, what to do and how to get them. The arrival information is full of all the details guests need to know what to do upon arrival as well as upon departure. David, Thank you for sharing your experience of your recent stay with us in this great unit. We hate to hear you dealt with so many problems. Had we known of them during your stay, we would've done our best to assist with making you more comfortable. These coastal A/C unit filters get pretty dirty, very quickly. We wish you would've looked on the filter to see the date of when it was changed, as this is protocol for maintenance to put the date on them so owners and guests can see it was changed recently. We haven't had any complaints about the beds, however, we will happily check into that to make sure all is well for the next guests arrival. Cleaning has been our main complaint this summer as we have had difficulty keeping staff. It seems no one wants to work any more, nor do they take pride in their work. We will be working this Fall to make sure ALL units are deep cleaned and inventoried, so they are ready for the busy Spring and Summer that lies ahead. We hope that despite the items you mentioned, that you were able to enjoy the beaches, restaurants, and entertainment this area offers.
