With 3600 square foot of air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace, amazing views and free fast WiFi. This custom built home is only 15 minutes to O’Hara in a beautiful stunning neighborhood sitting on a one acre of pristine property with very short walking distance to 7-Eleven,shopping. , grocery store and TopGolf all at the end of the street. Amazing lush surroundings outside allowing you to find true tranquility for family gatherings or weddings. Also available right outside your doors walking areas around the neighborhood pound that are breathtaking with amazing architecture of the homes in the area . The property has plenty of safe private parking comes with two grills and a outside industrial fan for the hot humid days.

This holiday home features 4 specious bedrooms, a huge state of the arts kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 4 bathrooms with a spa bath. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The holiday home has a terrace with beautiful private backyard allowing guests to feel comfortable and secure. Plus wonderful home for special events ( Extra Fees) and large family gatherings

Michael is a wonderful host. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for our large family gathering—close to the airport and well stocked. We had a great Christmas here!

The host was very welcoming and amenable. He was polite and professional although we hadn’t actually met. All contact was swift and helpful. It was a very large home and it accommodated our group very well however several things were in disrepair. Some of the furniture showed signs of disrepair, along with rips and stains. Some of the electrical outlets were either broken or had no power. While the vast majority of the house was perfectly fine there were definitely projects that were working in progress. The backyard and landscaping were beautiful.

Beautiful home! Just perfect for our family gathering. Lovely yard. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans and serving utensils. Mike embraced our purpose for visiting and was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The house itself is great...very spacious, great location, super quiet and great yard! Several repairs are neededthroughout the house which the host says he plans to do.There is NO hot tub! Rather, a jacuzzi tub in the primary bedroom. So nice to have two bedrooms with kings...hard to find. Host is very responsive...in fact lives down the street and is often around.

Very attractive home in a great neighborhood. Working with the owner was great. Our favorite area was the backyard patio. We ha great weather. Our next favorite area was the kitchen/ family room. It was large enough for 8 adults to sit around and talk.

Mike arrived immediately for check-in. He was a fantastic host, very informative about what to do and where to go and places to eat. When 2 of our group became ill, he kindly left us energy drinks. Facilities at the house were excellent, property was spacious as per photos and very clean. We would highly recommend this property and this host to anyone planning to visit the Chicago area.

Fantastic House

First off, the host was amazing. He is super nice, and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his home. He even brought over a small bike and trampoline for our daughter to enjoy. The beds were very comfortable. The proximity of grocery and food places saved up a lot of time for us on our trip.

Great time, great location, and a great owner

Overall, our stay was fast, but between all the great things close to the house and the openness of the house we felt at home and relaxed. Mike was always ready to help if we needed anything and was great to talk to. Looking forward to being in the area again to stay here again!

Plenty of room

Mike was there to walk us through the place when we arrived. We only had a couple days in town but Mike was helpful and gave us a great list of local restaurants to try. As far as the house, I found a couple earwigs and beetles roaming around the house, so that nocked it down a notch. Other than that, there was plenty of room to spread out and everyone enjoyed our time there. Nice quiet neighborhood with easy access. I would look it up again if I came back to town.

Great accommodation

Met the host upon our arrival. He was very accommodating to our schedule, and then took us around the property and explained how everything worked. The property is clean and well maintained. Well definitely is this property in the future.
