You`ll love this unique and newly renovated beauty in the heart of Over the Rhine. You`re two blocks from Washington Park and Music Hall, and walking distance to Over the Rhine`s best restaurants, bars, breweries, and Findlay Market.

In this condo artfully unfinished surfaces meet newly refinished wood floors, Carrara marble countertops, and stainless steel appliances. With lots of natural light and a spacious floor plan, recharge in comfort between your Cincinnati adventures.

We think you`ll love our condo, our location, and the experience that you`ll have. The 1870s building has been completely renovated from the ground up. From a design perspective, it strikes a beautiful balance between the old and new. We kept some of the older historic features, such as pieces of the original wall and the fireplace, to show what condition the building was in before the renovation.

The condo is designed for socializing: it features a large open living area and kitchen featuring a marble counter top bar that can comfortably seat a family.

You`ll find that the kitchen is the perfect launching point for your night out and also the perfect place to debrief with your friends or family at the end of the night.

The living room contains plenty of comfortable seating, with a midcentury theme.

Since the bedrooms are on the second floor they offer lots of privacy and a separate space to recharge between adventures. Each features a plush Tuft and Needle mattress.

The master bathroom is spacious, with designer fixtures and a bathroom skylight for lots of natural light. All toiletries and normal amenities provided.

Convenient to everything: walk to Cincy`s major sports, theater, concert venues, convention center, museums, boutique shopping, bars, and restaurants!

Overall, you`ll find 2 comfortable bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a large living area, laundry (washer/dryer), wifi, television with roku and cable. You`ll also have free parking with our parking pass...

Our street is midway through the process of gentrifying: two blocks south you`ll find one the most desirable streets in Cincinnati on Washington Park, while you`ll also find affordable housing nearby. Our street is safe, but we want you to be informed that you may encounter both very-low-income and very-high-income people while you are out and about. You`ll probably see homelessness and you may experience panhandlers. While the contrast can be surprising, please note that you are safe.

Where to start? The list is endless around here so we`ll send you our favorite recommendations when you book our place. Here are some of the highlights:
- Music Hall (Symphony, Orchestra, Ballet, Concerts, Balls, etc)
- Washington Park is a great place to hang out, go to all the events, have drinks at the outdoor bar, etc
- The list of restaurants and bars within walking distance feels fairly endless.
- Breweries/Distilleries/Wine Producers: Rhinegiest, Taft`s, Christian Moerlein, Three Points, Sam Adams, Northern Row, Skeleton Root, Northside, and Revel are all walkable and most are 1-4 blocks away.
- Fitness: Again, we`ll help you find what you want most.
- Theaters with all kinds of programming are nearby
- Findlay Market is just blocks away.

Airbnb has put in place a global ban on parties. Parties are **strictly** forbidden in all Airbnb listings. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party, you will be denied entry without refund. Please contact us if you have questions about this policy. Cincinnati Municipal Code considers unauthorized parties to be criminal trespassing under ORC 2911.21

You may also be denied entry on the basis of any of the following if you do not send a message *before* completing your reservation. If you meet any of the following criteria you may be required to sign a contract, put an ID on file, and pay a security deposit:

i) If you are from the local area, or ii) If you are booking same-day, or iii) If you have negative reviews or no reviews.

----------Section 1 - Security Deposits:------------

This property has a security deposit hold collected by us via credit/debit card. It is similar to an incidentals hold that you would pay at a hotel prior to checking in. At our discretion we may waive this deposit hold. We collect this security deposit through your credit card. It is between $300 - $500 (see the listing check-out page for details).

----------Section 2- Important House Rules (and Consequences) ------------

We strive to provide a polite request to come into compliance with our rules in the event of issues. If the request is not honored then your reservation may be terminated without refund, at our discretion.

SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS: If you are placing a reservation for same-day check-in, please contact us first. If you place the reservation without contacting us first then you may be denied entry, at our discretion.

CONSEQUENCES FOR THROWING PARTIES INCLUDES PROSECUTION: Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without our advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. See ORC 2911.21. If you throw an unauthorized party, we may choose to press charges for criminal trespass. You and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, at our discretion. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at our sole discretion, but would include things like bringing extra guests into the property, people coming in and out, etc.

NOISE AND DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent.

SMOKING AND FLAMES NOT ALLOWED: Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else.

VIOLATING OUR RULES MAY RESULT IN RESERVATION TERMINATION: At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for a violation of our house rules -- no matter the time of day or night. You will not be refunded and may incur additional fees.

DISHONEST OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR: Dishonest behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund, at our discretion. Abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund: yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing members of our team is considered abusive behavior.

WE RETAIN COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE PROPERTY: We reserve the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb our neighbors, or harm the reputation of our property. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry.

----------Section 4 - Additional Fees and how to Avoid Them ------------

The following may incur a fee:
1) Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.

2) Pet hair: $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet`s hair from the property.

3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher.

4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don`t do it.

5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock.

6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center.

7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150.
