With new windows and insulation, central air conditioning and natural gas heat, this updated cottage is well appointed for year round living.
The kitchen is open to the living/dining area and features a large stone island for dining or food prep. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds, and the bathroom is accessible from the hallway. There is also a small den that would be ideal for a home office or extra storage. The large yard, patio and elevated deck are perfect for enjoying the ocean breezes and Narragansett sunsets.

Please note during the summer season, this rental requires a seven night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.

Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
